How are you going there Missy? I don't know if my org is across the new FW legislation. Thanks for the heads up though. I googled it and interesting stuff. The positive is that bullying/harrassment etc. looks to be taken seriously by some area's of govt. and good to see some action to stamp it out. I'm meeting with my bosses this tuesday around this and my angle will be that my situation is an opportunity for all of us to develop fresh policy/behaviour standards and awareness throughout the organisation. As i'm escorted out the boardroom door i will be yelling.....'I am not a problem, i am an opportunity!' :H

Morning you little buggers.

Going to do a grease and oil change on the nuclear capacitator today. Shine it's little missile head up a bit.

Then I'm off to a do at a place I worked eons ago for lunch. Can't quite work out why I'm still on their radar 13 years later but there you have it.

Tonight is a little get together at a mates house whose husband has gone out of town. We always tease said partner that we're going to have a party and trash his house but truth is we have nice cheese and Perrier and all end up home in bed by 10. Separately. Because I'm not a big les either Froglette. Not that.....

Enjoy your lunch Bridge. Quiet day here too - a bit of domestic activity with the vacuuming delegated to the Roomba. Mr b arrives this arvo for the city to surf - and for the record I am walking it not running it. The intent was that a bunch of us would do it together but we have all ended up in different start groups and I'm feeling a bit curmudgeonly about going on a walk with 85000 other people. It goes against my essentially introverted nature. I haven't yet decided whether I will use my knee as an excuse to drop out or whether to stick with the original plan. Advice please!

Break through that joke of a man bag carrying, non shuka bag wearing psychological barrier. You will love it. I've done a couple of those big public runs and i am always inspired. You wait till you see all the different shapes, ages heroically pacing along with you. You will feel empowered and you will be kicking serious ass from that walk for a long time afterwards. You don't have to talk to anyone either, just put on your headphones/earplugs. The mental benefits are HUGE, huge i tell's ya.

There is no turning back now Missy!

Personally I will do a lot of things to get out of both exercise and socialising.
