Agreed. I just can't grow them through December/January, its too hot. You need to keep the water up to them, so that should be just the ticket for your little ones Asp.

Morning Undies! I can relate to both teams today. Yesterday was so hot and humid I was dripping with sweat just folding laundry. Today I wake up and it's chilly outside. I much prefer the chilliness because the humidity has gone away.

That cauliflower soup looks really good, especially if it stays cool today. I wonder if I could substitute veggie sausage for the bacon. I used it in a scrambled egg muffin recipe and it turned out to be really good. Of course i had to add extra fennel, sage, and cayenne to make sure it was spicy enough.

Glassy, I'm also a trying-to-be-reformed salt-aholic. I'm using Lemon and Pepper seasoning instead, especially on things that already have added salt in them. I don't feel guilty putting a small bit of real salt on meat and vegetables, but do use the L&P on them when I can.
