I'd also throw in the lawnmowing, weeding, gardening gloves and tracky daks. I'd grow chilli's that any carer would be proud to call his or her own. I'd want privacy in the evenings of course, and a spare outlet to run a lead to the mains for the 240 volt electric 'stranger danger' fence i found at Bunnings for 15 bucks.
