If you're lurking Arsey... I've had major catastrophes in my life and I know how it feels. You'll be OK though... just keep the faith. Believe in yourself. And we're here, ya know... it may feel like you're all alone but there's this wee band of folks here if you need us... :l

I'm cream crackered.. I reckon I'm going to sleep like the proverbial log tonight. It ended up being a busy day and I'm very happy to be ensconced in the leaba with the lappers right now. I'll be counting sheep in 3... 2... 1...

OK, ok, ok... i is here...

Just got a head that is filled to the gunnels with thinking and stuff and i don't how to deal with it all. My feelings are tied into the thoughts and I just can't .... Och... i dunno... And i cannot fucking stand me being all Ophelia in public, even if I am stomping round the cottage in a fit of rage. Imagine Ophelia and the Incredible Hulk had a baby. Yup, that's me.

Morning army. Been feeling a bit low myself the last few days. Hopefully the week away in October will help. Oh you're off to Monaghan Molly? Have a lovely time is a weekend break? Sorry you're not feeling great either Darcy I hope it passes for you soon. Feels a bit humid today for the first of August and it was raining. We did have some lovely weather recently. I have to head out soon to pay some bills and food shopping. Have a terrific Thursday and another new month.

Ahh thanks for that Sweetpea and Molly I do try and check in here daily I love the chat friendship. The break should do you good also Molly. I paid the last of my holiday balance on Monday just need to sort out spending money and travel insurance so have to save hard. Ok I must be away to shower and go out. Be later.

Afternoon

good to see you posting foxy. I guessed you might be feeling down. Like animals, a lot of us instinctively hide when we're hurt/wounded. It might make sense for wild animals to hide from predators when hurt, but for humans it's usually better to seek help, and that's what the army is here for, as you know.

Enjoy your visit to your dad, puddles, and the rain. It's warm and dry here - think I'd prefer your weather actually!

Been cooking and cleaning today, mostly. Made 2 lots of soup - roast celery this morning and french onion this afternoon.
