    I Love My People...

    I am still here. I am just crazy sad about all my friends I have lost. Big deep hole which being here helps me fill...slowly.

    I'm reading and reading and staying AF with relative ease. Buy I am in a darkened place and have nothing very coherent to say.

    When I have moved forward in growing up instead of down, I'll come back to my regularly scheduled programme. :l

    Don't go too far away Kradle. The worse you feel, the more you need to be here. Hope you start to feel better soon. :h

      So sorry to hear that your feeling low, guess that's part of the grieving process and also part alcohol withdrawal, I know I've felt suddenly grief stricken for no reason at times just recently

      The great thing is your still AF:wave: this is a great thing and something you can prove to your next generation, their who you need to look to now :l

      Besides we need you in our team as the great support you are.

      Will be thinking of you and saying a little prayer.

            Thinking of you my dear friend!

            I was in quite a "hole" myself recently. I wondered if I'd ever get back to "normal" (whatever that is!)...believe me, you will find yourself again...and we will be here anxiously waiting for you. Don't stray too far, you are much too important around here and we will not let you wander off!

              Stay close to MWO and we will all try to give you a lift out of the hole you are in. Many have been in despair and are now living in hope and happiness.

                          Hello dear people... and a huge welcome home hug for K9 :huggy
                          YOur new puppy is to die for!! A Cocker Golden Mix...absolutely the most stunning little guy I've seen in some time. I know he can't replace your Charlie but you have really got quite the handsome heartbreaker on your hands!


                          I am still ay down in middle earth I am afraid. But not drinking... I think I am too depressed to drink....that sounds funny but it's true.

                          I am also the living example of why drinking for years really wrecks your life...
                          My marriage is so hopeless and sad. It's like being on the longest worst date you EVER had!

                          God I know how people feel now hat get shitfacd and then wake up next to some person they hardly know with a ring on their finger... I AM that person....

                          I can only try now for counseling to help us deal with Matt... He's smoking again and now he has posted a Pic of himself on that Facebook....
                          FB is like AL...only a few can use it within reason...

                          well, enough now. Getting back to options...man this stuff is confusing

                            Hey Kradle, hang in there (sorry for the clich?). You have to process your sadness and live your sadness and start recovering. Try to take a little moment each day to be happy; if just for that reason - to be happy. I really went deep into drinking/depression when my rebellious daughter was 14 years old. It's the pits and that combined with your loving friends deserting you in one way or another. The marriage thing I've been through too and basically you have to be in survival mode to get through it and that's where you are so please keep coasting, hoping and open your arms to receive all our positive, loving thoughts. We ARE your friends and you are loved. xoxo

                              Kradle, still not drinking, fantastic. In the beginning of my sobriety I was sad over the lose of my old drinking buddies, surprisingly though, I got over it very quickly, and it doesn't bother them at all either. Most of them understand that I'm am serious about staying sober and except it. Rootin for ya.
                              Success is making yourself do the thing you need to do, when you need to do it, whether you like it or not.
