kradle sorry to hear you're feeling so down. One thing I have learned as I age is that the line "this too will pass" is real. We have to keep that in mind, remember there have been better times and that there will be better times. Work through it the best you can, and congratulations on not letting it become an excuse for Al to sneak in. You are so very strong.
