    I have been sober for ONE whole year!!!

    Today I celebrate one year of no mind-altering substance intake.
    It is surreal, wonderful, humbling, serene...
    I also realize it is but the beginning of my sober life!

    For those who are still battling with the beast, it can be done!
    My worst sober day now, is still better than my best drunk day ever!

    Thank you to all of you who walked the walk with me.

                      I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                      Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

                            This is such a great milestone for you....thinking back to the despair you struggled with back then...in those dark, awful years....and now....you are soaring! I am so proud to know you and to have you for a friend. You are an incredible person and you are just getting stronger and happier!
