    Army Thread Wednesday 14th August

I like to run, I have to admit though i hate the whole 'image' of running, i actually won't run in public (hence running round a sheep field instead of on easier ground xD)
I have faced it, a life wasted, and I am never going back there again

To ya'll my name is inchy. I am an alcoholic - and priority number one is making it to the end of this day AF. No excuses.

Have to say I'm impressed by those what do it tho!!!!!
I have to have a destination. Like the chipper.

Mind you I ran round in circles getting nowhere, but I don't think that counts as exercise.

they're not my biggest fans I'll be honest xD one squared up to me, most just ran away. Legs are only just getting back to normal, i'm suprised at how unfit I am haha I guess i somehow thought that 5 years of booze and fags would have no effect on my ability to run long distance - well proved me wrong haha.

I'd love purty little feet that can go round in high heels and not hurt!!!
How's you Arsey? Have you really decided not to go for the job?
I should go into massoooooosssing (how the feck do you spell that?!?!:H)

Aye, that's me definitely not going for the job. It feels the right thing to do. It feels right that i leave. So in about 4 weeks I'll be out...

OK apart from that, just needing to work on how i deal with me feelings and such. Got a session with the counsellor tomorrow arvo... so will maybe explore that there.

Well if it feels the right thing to do --- well done making the decision ---- we do sometimes need to go with our gut don't we!!??
I think a good counsellor can be amazing when we're a bit puddled in our heads --- I went to one after my Mum died --- unfortunately at that time it was an alcohol counsellor I could have done with --- but this woman was a general one --- but looking back--- if I hadn't had the complication of a growing addiction --- she had some great ideas and even now I sometimes think of little things she said that made a lot of sense --- a lot to be said for a completely neutral person to work us through our thoughts... and one that's qualified to do it.... yeah --- I'm all for it!!
                    couldn't agree more.

sometimes i think though i can speak to a neutral person til i'm blue in the face and wonder whether it's not them, but family i need to be speaking to... but that's quite particular to my reason for seeing the counsellor in the first place maybe.
ah feck... that sounded fecking cryptic. apologies...

Hew was a sheep from Wales
Liked to chew leeks in the dales
                                But then came a drought
                                And the leeks dried out
So Hew had to be French and eat snails
