Dentist yesterday was a checkup and got the all clear.

Club run with my new club was a bit of a nightmare as I am running with a faster group and was a bit behind and then got lost. I was in an area I did not know:l The group sent people of looking for me and I eventually found them. :goodjob:

Oh and be sure to use an old envelope with the address scribbled out then put his name on it and seal with a raggy end of sellotape with cat hair on it.

Preferably a brown envelope.

Many happy returns molly - I hope you have a really brilliant day!

Not feeling great today - was absolutely frozen when I got out of the bath yesterday after my run so've had my duvet tightly wrapped round me ever since. Got the heating turned up full blast too, it's like a furnace in here, not that it feels like it. Gonna try and go back to sleep in a little while. Sorry you're feeling shite too tips.

I absolutely love the sellotape with cat hair suggestion for arsey's resignation letter Jackie. :H Maybe let the dog chew the corner of the envelope too as a finishing touch or even add a muddy pawprint or two?

Jumpers , Duvet, hot water bottle - even if you sweat like a horse

My gym guy ( he who knows) would put you in the sauna to get your temp up!
In another space in time I would recommend a hot brandy - but not recommended at this point
