Now that I'm back on my feet (literally) it's time to get some good food into the house and start cooking again. My poor child has been eating nothing but take out and pizza for the last 9 weeks. Yesterday was an all-time low....I stopped for gas and got her 2 hamburgers, chips, and a soda from the gas station! Never before have I fed my child a gas station lunch...LOL

doing ok JC, struggling a little (as usual) and in a bit of pain after my run, apparently the human body even at my age can't take 5 years of abuse and lack of exercise and then start up again... who knew? haha
