Ah...I was wondering if that was how you did it! But it only shows who's logged on today, so I guess you must be checking it most days then?

          • Very Very Early to me is about 8am :HIf I could just get up & run 2.2 miles I'd be delighted.
          Now my aches are twofold.
There is the hands which are due to strain from typing and I have an Ergo assessment in the morning and see the physio on Wednesday.
The aches everywhere else but I am putting it down to the "use it or lose it " theory. I literally did NOTHING last week and got achey even after a bit of shopping yesterday. Every muscle pure tired.
So I really do not know
Any ideas -either good or bad are welcome - or is it old age - that I REFUSE to give in to :H
I would doubt very much that it's old age satzy. The "use it or lose it" theory sounds reasonable if you literally get NO exercise, but I would have thought it would take quite a lengthy period of inactivity to affect you like that. Either way, it's easy enough to find out. Regular walks and routine housework will soon build up those muscles again. I don't think anything more ambitious should be necessary, otherwise half the country would be suffering from muscle aches cos there are a lot of folks around who rarely get off their bums.

          Edit: Morning arsey :hallo:

Not even dressed here but I have been in and out the kit hen making a big pan of bacon and lentil soup.

Such a nerd I am but .... need to study & have all my ducks in a row before suggesting a Satz expedition to look at stoves
(that didn't happen yesterday due to the gee gees on the telly) - God bless Channel 4 Racing :goodjob:
Orf now to do something - sitting at the moment surrounded by the entire contents of the hot press (linen cupboard to posh folk) which I decided was a good idea to sort out
I swear there could be dead bodies at the back of it :egad:

Our's is the airing cupboard, sure my Nana used to call it the hot press and she was a Cokernee.

Aye gonna bugger off for a bit and do a bit of housework a la Mick before the Athletics start.

                          Army Thread Sunday 18th August

super excited, just got involved in a new project on facebook - by a chance discussion with an acquaintance of mine (fan of my webpage xD) about the number of addicts who are involved in fan pages for grunge/rock bands, I've been invited to work on a project setting up a page for us all to get together - purely anonymous and behind the scenes on my part. Definitely gained a friend and a great project to help me in these early days.

on the downside however: Today would have been my older brothers birthday (24) he died before i was born but we still celebrate his birthday n unfortunately this is one family arrangement i can't get out of so may or may not see you all later depending on how this goes.
I have faced it, a life wasted, and I am never going back there again

To ya'll my name is inchy. I am an alcoholic - and priority number one is making it to the end of this day AF. No excuses.

Hi molls - the highlight of my day was making a delish and rather large ratatouille for lunch and then making a pig of myself with it. Prolly won't be eating any more today. Prolly won't be moving around very much either. Did you have a nice lunch out?
