    Same old same old my end. Ticking along. Ended up in rehab end of last year... still quite shocked to be honest... wasn't a very nice rehab more like a jail lol. But it gave me pause for thought... that's for sure!
    Bloody hell Zen - didn't know obviously. Yeah I did it once and it was pretty shocking - amazed I slipped after that, as I really came out of there with enough hints at where my life was heading!

    Glad you're doing OK now though.

                    Hello peeps - see that JC? eyes on the back of her heid there is :H
                    Doing fine. 1 day down and 4 to go re work... And was in Glasgow this evening doing me course, so just back and banjaxed.
                    Read back - sorry not got mental energy to respond, but good to see youse all and can i say good to see EW and UKB (what is it with acronyms eh?!) back and posting - and more peeps for me to get to know :thumbs:

                      Speaking of Pandas that one in Edinburgh zoo is about to give birth, they think.
                      I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                      Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

                            :new: Took the whole thing of trying to get sober seriously in January 2012 EW.
                            A lot have come & gone in the Army while I've been here - but some are constants that we :h and miss terribly when they are not around.
                            e.g the Molly wan
