Oh they've changed in 20 years. Even I've managed to get over my dentist phobia with the help of the luvverly new practice I go to and they're NHS.:l

If it wasn't for Slimming World which I am still attempting to follow, I would. One stone and 3lbs off, I will be thin if it kills me and it probably will, terrible craving for chocolate I've had lately :H

For me it's not so much fear - I had a car accident when I was younger and it means now I have a mashed up jaw which is hard to open wide enough for them to get in there and do anything!

Well done you.
I lost 3 stone at SW, managed to put back on 2 and just lost bout 8lbs over the last week or so. Cheese and chocolate are my downfall. Have to say apart from the Match of the Day chopped pork sandwiches most of our main meals are still very SW ones.

Well, I've been waiting around all morning like a numpty for the boiler man who still hasn't shown up- so feckin annoyed, the fecker said would be here between 8.30-9. No answer to his phone and I've to head out to work soon!! Not off again til Friday so cant get it seen to til then- just hope thing don't blow up or summat in meantime! Never have any luck with tradesmen me!!:upset:
