I just have to share this with you guys.
I get Good Housekeeping magazine and in the new May issue there is an interesting article on bad habits. I think it is the best advice I've read in a while.
Its not just about drinking but any bad habits.
I looked for it on line but couldn't find it to share here.

I have done all sorts of searches to find the article you spoke about (cause it sounded really interesting, but could not find it at all - and I tried all sorts different search criterias???

Sorry Amelia.....I couldn't find it online either. Its in the May issue of Goodhouse keeping magazine.
Do you get that in UK?
