Hump Day. Can you believe it? Not that I'm complaining

Very stormy weather. I feel sympathy for the poor living in informal settlements (the local euphemism for slums). So far this winter, more than 130 000 people in Cape Town alone have been affected by having their homes flooded and the like. They say it'll start clearing up by Sunday, though. Not called the Cape of Storms for nothing, I guess.

Morning Tipps and all to come. Well our autumn is on the way you can feel it in the air tho we have warm weather again and few showers. You will be heading into Spring soon and us to cold weather but I bet SA doesn't have the cold tempetures we get here in Western Europe. Its awful for people in who live in bad conditions when the weather is extreme so sad for children and everyone in disadvantaged areas there should be an end to it but unlikely in this world. We are so privileged if we can heat our homes have a good roof over our heads and decent food to eat. Simples things to be grateful for. Off to town later I have a few things to do. Not much apart from that expect catch up on some housework. Have a wonderful Wednesday.:cupajoe:out:

hello Tipps and Firefox and everyone else, how are you all keeping? First day back at school gere for my eldest daughter and we are all up with the lark for the first time in months and its great!! Summer is far too loooong over here in the emerald isle!
I start my masters programme on sep 9 th and I absolutely can not wait! God I will be the oldest swinger on campus tho!
