It's a post grad course in counselling and psychotherapy.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.
Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

Hi Army good to see you back Pinky hope all is ok with you now. Sorry to hear you are so down JC:l I hope it passes talk here if it helps. Also Molly the situation with Joey i'm sure it will settle but I understand the stress of trying to cope at the time. A day out should help a bit ti get out of the house and its good you found a nice understanding doctor. Good luck collecting the puppy tomorrow Reccie I hope the journey is less stressful. May be take a few breaks along the way it make it easier to stop for a coffee or take something with you. Look forward to seeing some future pics of the wee thing and with poppy if it possible lol. Anyway off to Dun Laoghaire this afternoon few things to do. Oh and congrats to Limers and UKb for going to Collage think I need to plan some coarse for autumn. Have a nice afternoon/evening whatever you planned not planned for today.
