50 days AF! While I am in shock I've made it this long without a drink, it has been relatively easy. The last week and a half were the hardest - lots of house guests. It turns out that long discussions about tires (or other equally exciting subjects, just fill in the blank) are more easily tolerated when I've had a few.
Love this program -- love the book, love the supps (esp. Kudzu, just started topa to keep my cravings and munchies at bay, love the hypno), love the boards. Don't post a lot, don't chat but read a bunch.
Thanks to all of you who are here -- this is the best way to keep it under control and keep it positive. I look forward to checking in each day.
