          After much looking and wearing out of rubber on the soles of my shoes, I think I may have found me and Mr G an apartment. I now just have to ask the Universe to work with me for a couple of weeks as the flat is available now, Mr B isnt here to look at it until 14 Sept, wont be here full time until 6 October and my current lease goes until 18 October. I'm resigned to paying double rent for a week or two, but want to minimize that as much as possible.

          And having found the place, I am leaving everything else (like getting utilities put on, and hiring a fridge and washing machine et etc) to my beloved

                Geez Missy, you and Mr.G and Mr. B? WTG girl:H.....Glassy congrats on getting the leave. What a triumph...G, that sounds like some of the spam I get. Makes no sense.......Bridge, sorry your chookie is doing poorly. Maybe she will go peacfully in her nest....Happs, gonna try your recipe....Rags, what a lovely visitor...and great shot of you and the truck.....Cori, $63 is a fortune to me these days. Still hoping for the big $, play lotto pool at work. Hope you get to feeling better soon....I am off to the shop and dreading it..wish I felt better about the place but way past burned out on it..:upset:

                            Happy Thursday Undies,

                            Gorgie day again on Planet Nicey. Arrived at work in the Peugeot 308CC. Let's see how long this last huh? I'm in 'negotiation' re the service but I'm guessing it's a fantasy. One guy says "look, even Qantas jumbo jets have faults". I replied that I don't really give a flying fusk at a rolling donut about a Qantas jumbo jet because I don't depend on one to get me to and from work or to places I need to attend on a daily basis. Well, I didn't say the flying fusk bit, but you get my drift!

                            The local butcher is a full of lovely meats and lovely looking men. All above average looking and they work the counter like pros. Anyway, I talked to them about supplying some assortments for our suturing sessions this week and they have been fabulous at sourcing what I need and when I had no car they delivered to work in their little meat van. Old fashioned service PLUS eye candy - what more could a girl want. I was even called sweetheart and honey this morning at 6.30am when I went to collect the supplies for today. Nice way to start the day. I don't usually feel warm and fuzzy about such endearments but hey - what harm can it do on a day like today.

                            Tawny - I used to throb going to the dump when I was little. We lived in the country and a good scrounge at the tip was always something to look forward to. I got my first scooter from the tip. This probably isn't a story I should share but...... Hope your alter.nay.toor doesn't hurt your purse too much.

                            Salute to Mr G.

                            Bridge - I intend to leave the command post early today. I got things on special I want to get before they all leave the shelves. Oh, and I have to write a bloody position description....vomish!!

                            Glassy - throb your little boat. I couldn't go on an adventure on a boat but....with other people.....I'm dysfunctional when captured.

                            Corri - one day at a time matey. That's all I can say. It sucks......

                              Speaking of love, the Lamp is carting me off for the weekend and wont tell me where to...I kind of love him for the surprise but I'm a bit concerned that it might be camping. I don't camp well Undies.
