                        Even though I have many a crush on the local meat men, I could never look any of them in the eye and as for a sausage. I just couldn't manage that. :blush:

                            Bridgee - how's your lovely old chookie today? I also couldn't do 'the deed' and wouldn't have put her through the stress of caging her and driving her to the vet's to be put down. She just went to sleep, peacefully, in her own home. Wishing the same for your girl.

                                Everything crossed! Even things I didn't know I had.

                                Froglette I a bit flummoxed. I can't leave her to suffer for too long but same with the vet. She'd freak. Better set myself a deadline for action.
