Missy that 90 days is amazing. Well done you.
By the time I reached 3 months I can honestly say it felt like second nature to me. I just wasn't fighting with it any more.
Can't seem to warm up this morning so I've done the unspeakable and jumped back into bed for a bit.
Fancy another two years Nicey? You know that 8 years all up for you isn't it? Apart from the very important health (and safety!) advantages you must have saved SO MUCH MONEY

Hey Bridge - I wanted to curl back up and sleep for another 2 hours this morning. Hope your bones are warm now. Yep, I'm up for another 2 years - not a doubt about it! It is 8 years sober out of 10. I should be pleased with that but I still mourn the loss of the almost 2 in the middle. I cannot believe the amount of money it costs to be a drunk. I really noticed it in the hip pocket when I danced with the devil. I really resented having to pay over $10 for a bottle! I was surely into quantity rather than quality.:HIt is not what we do, but how much love we put into the doing.

Hi all
Think I'd better check my bp as I am usually borderline....hey something good happened, last night me and my kid went to a ring ceremony where she received her class ring..so they put all the kids names in a hat that attended the ceremony and had a drawing this a.m....the winner got refunded the price of the ring..bet you can guess who won...$188...we have been clothes shopping since they didnt get new shoes or much at the start of school...no news from band director...she didnt come to school today

Arvo all, bloody long read back - do BP pills cause verbal diarrhoea?? :H you've all got me wondering now. The Lamp was talking about buying a little BP machine so might have to get one and test the whole family. Worry about the locusts and the hereditary aspects.

I think the Zimmer frame idea is a corker and I believe streamers emerging from the handle bars in various colours might be a goer.

Divided medication containers with an inspiration printed on each days compartment instead of a boring old day?
