    I just wanted to let everyone know. The Niner's is sick been laid up in bed all day. She wanted me to say Hi to everyone. And can't wait to talk to everyone tomorrow. She went to the doctor today and is already feeling better.

        FD - Thanks for the K9 update. I've been wondering where she was. Sorry she's sick.

          I am good Nora! About ready to get to sleep. K9er's is okay. She is ready to get back at it tomorrow. I talked to her and she went to the doctor and it went great. I am tired out. I am being promoted at work. It's a bittersweet day in some ways. My girl will be back tomorrow.

                Yep, it's supposed to be spring but this is always a crazy time of year. We had spring for about 2 days and then it went straight up to about 95 degrees and now it's cooling down again. It's lovely and breezy today though.

                I?m glad your meeting went well Mama. That must be a relief, and I hope you?re over your panic attack.

                Are you feeling any better now Nora?

                How did it go with Aimee K9? Does it make a bit more sense now?

                I'm doing a juice/soup cleanse atm and so far today I?ve had so much juice I?m sloshing when I walk.

                    Hi gang, still here and loving life especially when having someone to share it with.
                    After all these years of keeping my feelings "bottled up" it sure is nice to be able share them with and open up.
                    Thanks for all the support, I will still keep reading and posting.
                    FT
                    AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
                    As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.
