    I love reading this thread. And what a great name for one to. It is one day at a time for us ALer's. Hope your all having a great Saturday! It's fall clean-up day for me.

          Morning all
          Nora it was 7:15 here when you posted, so what time was it with you?

          FD - I can't remember if I said hello, but I'm glad you're here with us. Congrats on coming straight back to MWO. One day at a time is so true - I'm back on day 4.
          There's two ways of looking at the holes in your shoes
          You can dig the ventilation... or you can sing the blues

                  Evening all,
                  Seems the better I feel the more i want to drink...then i would feel bad....what sense does that make but I know AL makes NO sense at all..but I did not pick up any at the store so I am here drinking my water.....good for me...

                        hey all,mama i made sheppards pie last nite,it was from velveeta sorta like a hamburger helper knockoff,twas good though,nora im glad you got a good nites sleep,sounds like you needed it,glass,good on 4 days stick it out,dottie,no dont want to start all over again yuck! hi fd,ugh i had to work today i havent worked a saturday in awhile,i should have been but sheesh,i was trying to enjoy the summer,hello caper,k9,ft,jdg,who am i missing?shoot my brains fried have a good rest of the day everyone
                        I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

                        Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

                          Wow - you can sure tell that the weather is changing here. It's getting darker earlier. Cooler in the evenings.

                          Glass - great job on Day 4. I think that you are about 17 hours ahead of me.

                          Dottie - I want to drink too. I don't know why. But, it's in my head. But, I'm not either. :goodjob: So - yeah for all of us.

                          Pauly - you are sounding good. Very positive on the not drinking.

                          I slept in late like I said. Then I went to the gym with my son. Then came home and had a barbecue. Yummy veggies, a veggie hot dog for me. Steak for my son. Fish & chicken for hubby & son.

                          Has anyone heard from K9 this weekend? Just wondering how her daughter is doing.

                            Hi Nora! K9ers is doing good. Her and her daughter are having a relaxing weekend so far. She is really happy we are thinking of her!
