    SUPER SOBER SUNDAY SHOUT OUTS Sept1st

    This is a first for me starting this thread.
    But happy to today.
    Got through two tough days . Maybe this time I can stay sober. I am giving it my all.
    Day 22 here and feeling grateful.

          ONE YEAR today for me!
          My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                          Congrats sunbeem. Up the dubs.
                          Crap day for me really been tested last few days. First pay cuts talk of redundancies now my tenants wnt to leave the apartment im rentmg to them. I hate my apt nothing but trouble spents lots trying to fix it it's a damp money pit can't sell it cos of negative equity. In times before this was my trigger to get pissed normally go to pieces when there's tenant or apartment probs or indeed work probs. now all three. I'm being tested to the limit. Took half a Xanax. . 4 days before my charity trp to Kenya for charity for two weeks. Stressed to bits. Don't have time to deal with this now. Feel a bit more calm but please god stop testing me.
