Bad Breath?

Dont know if its anxiety maybe as my oral hygiene is pretty good but when I get close to people I worry that my breath smells ?

Some people in my mind react as though it does but most don't, its bothered me for years this problem.

I find if I stop drinking it stop bothering me so is this anxiety caused by drinking or could it be a tired liver/kidneys making my breath smell.
