    Army Thread Wednesday 11th September

Jacks... I went back to yesterday's thread to read what happened to your client. What a horrible thing for his Ma and Da indeed. Like Reccy said though, he's at rest now. So young though... (

Keep your chin up luvvie and have one of these... :l

I just got an email telling me someone I know committed suicide yesterday. How bloody awful for his family. He's been to my house a few times and I would never in a million years have put him as the type that would do that. I guess life just plain sucks sometimes and it becomes more than some people can bear.

When someone does that, it leaves everyone wondering what they could have done to help and prevent it. I feel very sorry for his family. And very sad for him. (

It's shocking Molls - society doesn't give a shit anymore. No-where for folks to go as you said :upset:
Mr S works for Insurance Company - they are doing the same - closing branches. Mr S swears older people pay insurance by installments in the office and come in just for a chat...

                A total disgrace

Below is why The International Diabetes Federation estimated that as of 2012 there are 190,000 people with diabetes in Ireland and that by 2030 there will be 278,000 people with the condition.
Total scam. We are being fed absolute shite and this Doctor should hold her head in shame for backing up the 'big boys' in the food industry.

This was on Irish radio yesterday from Blackrock Clinic talking about white bread http://www.rte.ie/lifestyle/food/blog/1193/

                  I throb white bread.

But, we need food education from an early age. Like in the good old days. A blooming hour a week teaching plain old fashioned cooking cannot be that hard to organise.

Then we can make our own choice.

I'm really knackered now, cannot wait for a nice sleep. New furniture piece arrived today, the cardboard was bigger than me, blinking polystyrene was a pain in the neck.
