Can anyone tell me how to go about joining the live chat room? Is this something others do? I would just love to have the opportunity to get some advice, support, etc. instantly.:

Live Chat
Well, if you look at the join live chat in the upper left, it will tell you if anyone is in the chat room. If so, just click on Join Live Chat. If there is no one in chat, you can click on it anyway, and you'll be in chat. If someone else sees that someone is in chat, they may join you. You will notice that some times are busier than others, and also, some days are better than others. It all depends. Good luck and welcome!
