I went through a period of watching films twice, because I could never remember the endings.

On a few occasions I would say to someone at work I watched so so yesterday and they would say oh what about this bit and I would have to try and blag it as I was to pissed to remember

Yep can relate to this.
I am at present watching full box sets of TV dramas that I 'missed' while drinking.
People were constantly telling me howgreat they were but my attentionspan would not allow me take it in.
Now I can hold my own in a conversation about 'Homeland'
Small things - yes - but I can see my daughter looking at me in surprise still when I comment on something ordinary like that

Conforming ( watching what the masses watch & talking about it at the water cooler) I used to call it- but now I get get kick out of it :thumbs:

So is Homeland good? What are the rest of you watching?

I find the kinds of movies I'm interested in watching has changed-- for a long time I only wanted to watch really uncomplicated films, as of course, I didn't have the attention span, concentration, understanding, etc.! to get through anything else.
And to be honest, I find sex much better now! Has taken some getting used to, but it's much more intimate-- and I remember what happened! Good on that.

What I have found lately is that I am more Emotionally involved. I never really laughed or cried..just watched and got the thrust of what the movie was about. I can Feel the movies that I watch now

The upside, you can watch the same movie over and over and its new each time :H
