    Not Really a Hangover

    Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced what I have been going through. I actually have been waking up in the morning feeling more hungover on the days when I haven't had anything to drink the night before. I'm headachy, have brain fog, and am just exhausted. I have been taking a handful of supplements (everything except for the ALL in One and Topamax). Does it take the body a while to adjust to all these new substances in the body? Just curious if anyone else has had this issue. It's certainly not enough to discourage me from continuing to cutback in a major way in my alcohol consumption, but it's annoying, to say the least. Any advice?

The milk thistle gave me a bit of a headache and if you take the All In One powder, that will give you alot of energy. None of the supps made me foggy or tired. That is probably your body adjusting. Hang in there. You will be feeling healthy and strong in no time!
Sometimes I wonder...."Why is that frisbee getting bigger?"...and then it hits me.

Yeah isn't that interesting how that happens. I thought when I cut down I would wake up with a little skip in my step however I was also as tired as if I had gotten drunk the night before.
The supp's have not made me feel that way. I agree with PP that your body is just adjusting itself. Keep with it!!

Hi yes the first few days AF felt quite bad in the mornings, someone said that it is the toxins leaving your body ....
