    Day 3 sober, it's switching off my mind that's hard.
    12 mile walk today so I'm ok physicaly.

      You're doing good. Day 3 and 12 mile walk. I don't know if I Would be able to do that.
      No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.

        Its the walking group that keeps me sane, beta blockers for my anxiety seem
        To be working. Anyone else on propranol ? Slept ok last night so am ready for day 4.
