Evening folks, Benji that bakery was started by a French baker a couple of years ago and is going from strength to strength. How cosmopolitan Moore st is theses days. Shout out for a prog on Paul Gascoine @ 9 on itv, his battle with the booze has been well documented.

Sometimes we put SO much pressure on ourselves to be perfect, and that includes how we deal with the grog. Even one night on lemon water is great. ) You can deal with tomorrow, tomorrow. I can't look at the big picture and expect too much from myself... drives me nutz! Err.... nutzER perhaps...

Well, I've spent me "waiting for the Lease" time today on working on a Neighbourhood Watch scheme with Cheryl. The break-ins are really getting to be worrisome all over this part of South Florida. No Community wants to draw attention to crime as it will decrease your property value but, at some point, it's best to put that on the back burner and put your sense of security first.

Dunno if I ever told you, but my one neighbour and I run a community information channel via email to keep folks informed and aware. It does seem to make a difference, so go for it. Most of us have armed response too, I'm afraid
