        Dear d'Arseous,

I wear earplugs every night. I buy them in boxes of 40 pairs FFS!

        I feel your pain.

        Love, Zenners

Foxy... Ollie and Prince are GORGEOUS!!! :h That pic is like a wee puddle (not to be confused with wee puddle) of cuddly fur! Ooooo... gonna go and chase mine and maul them in a mammy hug! :H

Jacks... Have a good time "across the border" Have you met any of the locals yet. If you do tell them you know a lassie from the Isle of *****... they'll go "aw no yer kidding, how can a'body live there?" :H Hope you and Sir Pee have a good chillax.

Sylv... I let my fringe grow out a few times and there is "that" stage. I wear my hair up in a clip a lot though so I just used a couple of wee clips to stick the fringe up. Worth a shot!

OK... I've been cut short in my ramblings by the return of the warrior who was at frigginpublix. Will be back laterz soon as the coast is clear. Love me privacy, me I do! Soz to all I didn't reach yet.

Can't understand that 2 weeks really ain't that long!
Any adventures out and about with Amy today?
          Malta?

I'm good thanks, but tired but some blokes kept us awake in the hotel last night, started talking really loudly in the next room at 5.30am. It was as if they were in the room with us(but they weren't). I slept a bit longer then was very brave, knocked on the wall, put my deepest voice on and said "Could you be a bit quieter please?". They carried on, so about half an hour later phoned reception. Seemed to quieten down, then they went out, came back and the party was all on again.

Good job I didn't get angry.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

Nae bad. Trying to get rid of some stuff for the second hand shoppee... i'm a mini-hoarder. Head's fine.... but I do think I need to look at posture stuff - been looking at yoga classes here in Perth. Once did Iyangar Yoga for a while. But Pilates seems to be good for core stuff... And UKB is right with the swimming... it's just trying to fit it all in!!

Reckon when work gets into swinging ways next week, this will all go by the way side!

                  Ah well, c'est la vie.

You got another long day tomorrow, or do you get a wee lie in at all?

I'm orf to snoozleville shortly as got early morning run

Yeah, am no expert here by any means but reckon swimming would be great for ya. Tis good for the head in more ways than one! Did yoga for while last year and loved it but with the ol shift work I was missing too many classes. It is hard to fit things in with feckin work in the way!!

Late shift tomorrow so hopefully will get a wee lie in- all hinges on whether my DIY obsessed neighbour decides to do some 'work' in morning!!

Orf for my simmer in bath,

                    Nighters and sweetdreams xx

P.S ye can have brekkie for us ready so!!
