I have been meaning to post a review of the social CD. I did it again a few hours ago so it's fresh in my mind. It is brilliant!
It's sort of similar to the hypno CD (the ones after the clearing) but with greater detail and emphasis on the positive self vision and becoming stronger in social situations. It's good stuff!
