Hello All!!! Woooooowwee!! We have 8's 2's beginners 10's, 4's etc etc a real range of days AF and its GREAT!
I am just winding down day 8 looking forward to day 9 (roll on day 10 which will be 1/3 of the way there!!!) Keep it up everyone Keep on Keeping on!!!

Well that's day 9 and still AF. I was in a big meeting today and I was actually able to contribute positively without worrying if people would notice that I had been drinking. I was out for a meal after work with some friends and I was a bit worried because they like to drink, but I psyched myself up and when asked just said assertively "Not for me. I'm alcohol free at the moment." Guess what? They didn't bat an eyelid! No questions, no nosiness. Probably thinking all the more wine for them.

I'm SO in !!! Tuesday April 17 is day 1 for me and I'm almost a week AF already !!
We can do this together. P.S. Hubby has cut way down on beer, took a Kudzu Rescue today instead of beers. I'm not prompting him in anyway, but he can see for himself I think how much more happier I am. I'm ordering the MWO book tonight. What a blessing all this has been.

Day 10 for you !!! Thought about you on several occasions today. It is great to share this experience with others that feel the "very same way". Keep up the good work. I'm so proud of you ! I'm proud of me too, I remember what was for supper the night before instead of seeing the dirty dishes and figuring it out. Bad Eh ?

Hi Day 8 for me and feeling good - the sugar craving is getting to me though - but I am sure it will go soon - I could kill someone but the smoking is helping on tha one - in a few months I will be googling a smoke enders site but that is a chat for another day. Well done to everyone. see you on the other side of the 30.

day 12 wow
had to get through my sister in laws funeral with no drink and it was o.k incredibly sad.
my brother was married to my ex hubbys sister so it is very complicated had to see my ex hubby and all his family, but it was fine. i t just made me think how lucky i am to have time to change
