LUV BUG, if you ever run out of things to do, just let me know, I'll fly you over here and load you up with plenty of "honey do's!".... Never fear! lol What More2 didn't tell ya'll was, she's got her laptop in her lap, perched on her THRONE right now, talking and typing....and well...you know...lol...got her pillow beside said throne, so she can sleep there tonight, we'll have to make her a crown for finishing this endeavor...WHEW...lol...Try to keep it in your britches flying to lovely Louisiana tomorrow, wave at me when you fly by, don't drop anything on me, or bomb the house, just wave! Seriously tho, you'll be in my thoughts and prayers, as usual, I know this will be tough...I see my Dad's headstone at the cemetary anytime I want too, and I still can't grasp he's not here...my head knows it, my heart keeps forgetting.....Ok, went to the gym again.....did 62 mins. on the treadmill, at a 5-9% incline....burned about 430 calories and did right at 4 miles...then a few upper body weights, think I overdid that yesterday, cuz they were screaming today, gotta do yoga tomorrow with daughter and friend, so I didn't finish doing my arm reps, would hate to poop out and fall over on my chin doing yoga....I'm determined to get in shape....lol....and Boots, no kidding on that BHRT huh...you'll love it...watch the testosterone/DHEA thing tho, if you start growing hair in weird places, or you start snapping everyone's head off, you'll know you have too much...lol...its like a bitch on steroids, trust me...lol...sometimes you can be real low in it, but it doesn't take much to get back in whack....helps muscle tone tho....Ok, everybody, gotta warm up the dinner, and get perched on the couch for Private Practice and Dirty, Sexy Money.....sounds like a show some of us could use, star in, or gamble on....lol....Love you all!

oh yeah the master cleanse has been around for a long time. i've done it a dozen times or so. but wow it is hard on that body though. there are much more um gentle cleanses out there trust me girlies. and we care will be much kinder on that body too. wait til you go to that spa. love it love the pool love the sauna. love it. love that mineral pool. yummy. okay and love the treatments. okay, wow well 48 hours later of writing up briefs on the whole real estate thing with ms. viki secret model and i called her um like 5 times as i wanted to get her on the phone i mean she wanted me to call as i think she thought i was going to give in to the extortion. but what i left message was. please give me name, number and address of your attorney. and i said all sweet like i imagine luv bug would do. funny she never called me back. anyway 286 pages later i left at the attorneys office. vicki obviously does not realize i keep copious notes. lmao sooooo all done now. at some point of writing it all out i realized she in fact broke contract and i was due my commission. lol i fell off my chair. made myself so mad why i wanted to sue her. hahahahahaha so there. so now i'm done. took the girlies for a hike. got my surfboard out tex and am going to county line tomorrow morning with hubby. then we will go to that little shack across the street where all the bikers go and chow down on something bad for you. hahahaha
so tex i have to learn how to use my tivo. i want to see all those shows. and i wanted to see the cane show too. dang it. see i was so busy working i didn't see a thing. dang. dang dang. i'm going to ask hubby to tape the shows. and me too i'm working out, drinking my get skinny tea. i think i have 7 lbs now to go to get back to my sweettttt 110 yipppeee. i did buy a new pair of jeans though. waist size yep 25. nice. and they are loose. nice. now, are you all going to pm me addresses so i can send you your little vibrating xmas gifts.

Kids are off from school tomorrow and very excited about that. Teacher work day!

Mama has her chemo appointment like every Friday, but has decided to tell the doc she no longer wishes to do chemo. We shall see what he says. He may change her mind...I don't know. She is tired of going every week and there has been no improvement...sometimes quality of life outweighs quanity. I support what ever she decides.

Brit and I are going on a shopping trip Saturday. We can't wait! We both LOVE to shop.

it is not easy to do that and work but i've done it. lol and stayed close to the can. hahahahaah you also get reallly tired the first few days. as you are detoxing the body. and getting all that gookie stuff out of your system. cleanse away. it is the truth. it isn't what we eat it is what the body can absorb. and if it is all gunked up well then you can't absorb much of those nutrients. do you know a hamburger stays in your system for 2 years. that is how long it takes to process meat. and i love meat. lol so also aloe vera is great........... gotta help that body anyway we can. i shall send you the names of the detox easy pills on your body. brb okay advanced naturals makes several cleanses that are easy on the body. note never do a heavy metal cleanse in the winter. but you can now as it isn't winter yet. anyway, it is a 2 bottle system go to website hummmmm they specialize in digestive care cleanses. they actually have a great one for the colon, breasts, which include the lymph glands and tahe heavy metal hummm i don't recall if i have done any others. and they have a good fiber mix too that helps scrub the inside of the intestine wall. i know isn;'t this an odd conversation? i've seriously studied nutrition and such for a very long time. had to after i had a serious car accident and needed to put myself back together. sopoooo, these are the best i've found over the years. and we care also sells the best aloe vera capsules on the planet. the best. it is for cleansing as well.

Hi guys !! I've been super d Duper busy packing, cooking for the fellas.. They are going to camp for the weekend so I spoiled them with cinnamon buns and potatoe salad to go along with their steaks... Today I worked late because we catered a function after school.. I'm really excited about my trip and have packed all my vitamins and supps along with some healthy snacks for the road...
Bird, I'm really happy to hear that you had such a nice time with that little fella.. He is very lucky to have you in his life right now...
Luv, you are so wise to accept your Mamas' decisions about taking chemo... I agree with what you are saying about quality life for sure.

Boots you've never had a stomach bug? (same as gastric flu...this is just the medical term for it). I think we were worried about what we were doing to our bodies, that is why we are here...changing. I am not for or against the cleansing process, I just think it would be difficult for me in my life. I would have to do it on a weekend. Does sound rough, but I have never done it before. Gott get in the shower before work...love you all.
