Hi all,
It has been great weather here. Got my Xmas shopping started. Saw a little video camera/camera/pc cam for kids on sale in the Penneys catalog and got one for each kid. Finally got some $ out of my kids dad who I hadent heard from for 6 or 7 weeks and we were so broke. Went to the thrift stores and got my oldest 2 shirts and a pair of jeans for 6 bucks. Then went to walmart and spent 122 on clothes and groceries. Hopefully I have enough left to put a water pump on the suburban today. Am also starting on my dream board this A.M. if youve seen bootsies post about them it sounds like fun. Well,gotta get my day started. Hope you are all well. love bird

Hello Bird. That is great that you got some Christmas shopping done. It is great not to wait to the last minute, like some people tend to do. (Pointing finger at self.) I wish I had somebody to go grocery shopping with me. I always get home, look at the refrigerator and cabinets after I stock them, and can't believe I paid what I did for it. I think, "Damn, that's all I got!!" Guess I have to start clipping the coupons.

Wow. Football sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I must have been really drunk the last 15 years, cause watching football when not drinking is terrible. Sorry for any hardcore fans out there. But personally, I can't do it. I'm not gonna start drinking again just to make it enjoyable. I'd rather just stop watching and do something else. I have to wonder, how many other things are less interesting without booze. Alcohol = The Ultimate Illusion. It's funny though, cause it reminded me of a Simpson's episode. Homer goes a month without drinking. He takes Bart to a baseball game. He exclaims, "wow, I've never realized how boring this was before." It's funny, because it's true. Oh well, God forbid I actually have to do something constructive on Sundays. :H

Hello everybody !!!
We had such a nice overnight stay at camp... All set for winter now. Hubby has even put Christmas lights up for when the generator is running at night.. I kinda feel like a redneck, but, OH Well We saw 5 beautiful deer on our drive home.

Morrison, you are soooo funny, and so right about sports !! Haa ! Haa !! You make me laugh.

How's your thumbtack chicken Bird ? Wonder how that will work out for her ? Keep us up to speed on her... It makes you wonder what else the dumb things eat when you aren't watching !!??? I'm really happy to hear that you will be getting some time off soon to spend with your lucky family. Let us know how your dream board is coming along... AWWWW More2, I'm so sorry to hear that those movers are soo damn incompatent !!! There is NOTHING worse than a person lieing to you... Doesn't that insult your intelligence eh ??!!?? I hope that this crap gets straightened out for you.. Who needs this !!?? Again I gotta add, "KUDOS to you for not drinking"... I realize that with taking the antibuse this is something that you wouldn't do anyhow, but I'm still really proud of you all the same !

My hubbys old boss years ago had both of his knees replaced Bear.. One at a time to heal the other.. He became a new man and is still so active to this very day... It's scary, but you sound like you know what you are in for. Good for you in not allowing somebody (the Dr.) to dictate to you what their choice of action should be.. Just imagine how you will feel when you're all feeling better. You will be able to ride your bike and not feel uncomfortable when you get off of it after a long ride.. Which I'm just guess you feel now. Have you ever heard of Glucosomine ? I take it everyday for my cronic back aches.. I'm soo soooo much better now. Hubby even has taken Lacota for pains.. I've heard that they now have a Lacota for Backs only... You may have seen commercials about it with the Indian fella... Good stuff.. Natural Ingredients.

Hi Bean. I'm just busting on sports, because I can't/won't watch anymore. I think it also has to do with the fact that not only would I be drinking when watching these games, but I'd be with "friends" that would be drinking. I have no desire to hang out with these "friends" anymore. I want to do everything different that I've done up to this point in my life. I look at it like this. I'm a complete waste, and I have nobody to blame but myself. So, if I do everything completely opposite as I have been doing, I will be a king. Maybe not a king, but maybe a kick-ass Duke. Yeah, I can handle being Duke McCheese.

you guys are all a reall hoott aren't you??? wow, i just think i figured it out morrison. i don't watch sports either. well, actually i like to watch tennis... ummm and i do like to on occasion watch soccer.. so, hummmmm would much prefer always watching anything live. so i do go to say the laker games or watch volleyball etc.... or again the guys playing soccer...... but the rest of it. nope that stopped being entertaining when i joined aa. so i'm there with you. so here's to dream boards everyone. cutting out stuff this week. yippppppeeeeeee. time for you to do one i do believe duke..... and well not duke's of hazard either. gosh i do believe i over did it as i'm one tired girlie. hahahahaah
