Hey all! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, and a sober Super Bowl Sunday! Welcome to all the new folks, this is the BEST place on earth to get help, and support! Just keep on keeping on! Bear, glad you are a-ok, we miss you! More2, I e-mailed you on your personal e-mail, let me know you got it! Nibs, glad you are having a relaxing time, hope hubby caught lots of fish! Brrrrrrr....ice fishing.....its in the 70's here the last few days, but we've got a front coming in, supposed to get cold again tomorrow....my daughter has been home with the flu for several days, nobody in the household is feeling too peppy, we can't keep enough Rx's for flu in stock at the pharmacy, so I guess we're just finally catching a tad of it...we'll rally here before too long I'm sure....Have a great Monday everyone! Love to all....oh, and hey Luv....what did you do to entertain yourself and kiddos this weekend, your first weekend without a million "to do's"????...Hope you got to spend sometime with your guy and kids....

I'm not! lol I just borrowed it from another generation! Hey Boots, yep, I scared the animals in the house hollering yesterday, it was a great game, it'd have been better if the Cowboys had been playing, but at least we lost to the Giants too...they did the samething to Romo, as they did to Brady, shook his cage with the rush....lol......Ok, where is Bird?? Hi TX. I love reading your posts. Yep, we missed Romo (Jess and all) at the superbowl. Couldn't help but root for the underdog on this one, and was glad to see it be a good game. Where is Palestine?

Bear you never get to old to be groovy...LOL Sore from head to toe today from painting over the weekend...UH I am about to go sit in a HOT bath. All is good here..peaceful...can't ask for more than that.

Hi all'
Sorry to awol a few. Seems like alot going on this weekend the kids spent the night out friday and then had a friend spend the night saturday and we went hiking and biking sunday. It was like wide open all weekend and also the principal told me there would be a cafeteria cashier job opening up soon so I went and applied for that. Hope I get it, he called the food service lady to put in a good word so hopefully......we have some baby finches. There are 4 or 5 in the nest and very loud. 2 have their eyes open and 2 not. Might be 1 more, hard to see. There are now 5 baby goats out back, very cute. Lucky our cat is fixed, all these babies. Glad everyone is sounding so groovy. Far out man. Peace. love bird

Haa !! Haa !!! Bird you crack me up !!! I really hope that you get that job in the caffeteria !!! We would both be "lunch ladies"... it is a really groovy job

Today it is super warm and the sun is out in full force... It feels more like March than early February...It makes me long to work in the garden and plant veggies and flowers. aahhh.... I love the outdoors as long as I don't run into a snake !!!

Hi Nibs,
Thanks for the compliment on my lab. He is "happy jack" as he is always smiling. Getting old, and grey, much like me. Can't beleive you are already planting this early. We had a record 86 degrees yesterday, but looking for a drop in temp today. One thing about the weather in Texas, if you don't like it, just wait a day....it's always changing.
Have a great day and stay away from snakes. Oh...get a cat...they help with that!
