Hello All,
Well I did make it through my first night AF. Went pretty well, apart from not being able to get to sleep (partner snoring etc).
But feel really good this morning.
How did everyone else do?

ZERO Alcohol for me as well!!! My hubby snores too, but right now he is on a business trip so he is snoring in a hotel room.

Amelia & GG, good on you both! I'm on night 2, and about to head to bed to do a meditation. I went for a 60 min run this afternoon and I think that really helped.

TEAM 30 days AF....how are you all this morning? I am starting day 4. Hootio HOOOOO! Had a good evening last night. was in bed about 9:30 and asleep by 10:30. Both kids had to sleep with me....thank the Lord for king size beds. They sleep with me often...actually the little one ALWAYS does. He thinks he's my little husband...if I stay up late, he comes looking for me about 11..."mama, you coming to bed?"...so funny. ask him when he will sleep alone and he says "when he gets hair on his chest" OH BOY!!!! Looks like he's there for the long haul. Brit (my 13 yr old) was clingy last night....feel asleep holding hands...I love that! For myself and these two lovely little people I brought into this world...I WILL make it 30 days!!!!

day 5 and still coping. its amazing las night i watched telly programmes and remembered them! this morning my daughter said gosh mum youve been busy id tidied up got a line of washing out by 9.30am
please god let this feeling last im taking the supps and so grateful yo all of you
