Oh Tex, Imeant to tell you I said to my kids the other day that your dogs name is NORMAN...my damn Cockatoo won't stop saying Norman now!!!! She's gonna make my b-friend think NORMAN comes over....LOL. I said it ONCE, she is so funny!!! Sits in there HOLLERING...NORMAN, NORMAN!!!!! God help!

OMG, I gotta stick to this thread....you all remind me of that when I start posting in general. I get pissed! How many times did one of us stumble or still stumble at times, beating the shit out of somebody DOES NOT WORK. If that were the case, one of the kids, boyfriends, wives, husbands would have slapped us all into shape. I KNOW someone in my family would have for sure.....we're Texan by birth, my GOD BLESS MY HEART!!!! I just hate to see new people being beat up....but, gotta let it go. I stuck too this ONE thread for a long time for a reason...it kept me sobber. When I first came here this ugly guy LITERALLY cussed me out in general...which is why I started this and you guys joined me and saved my life. ....I get passionate when I see people hurting and being beat up....I don't understand why that happens here. NOT HERE.....

Hello again, Wow, I was here earlier this afternoon and all was quiet on the homefront, and now.... urggg... Luv I remember what you are referrring to... the first initial is a "G" right ? We all had your back and love you dearly.
The chicken turned out really yummy with only a little left for hubbys lunch tomorrow... Little Niblet and Kiwi are starting to shed so spring is on its way...

Yeah I pretty much just stay on this thread. I know I'm 'safe' here and everyone is nice. I do drink NA sometimes. It gets me through if I will buy it. Had to take my oldest to orthodontist today. Almost gonna be 6000$ I had to finance. Also both my cars broke down at once so I just said to hell with it and got an 07 instead of fixing the junkers. Thank God for the S.S. dont know how we were making it before. Its cold here again. Will enjoy it for now cuz summer will be here before I know it and I'll wish it was 20 degrees.Love to all bird

hello all. so sorry to have been awol. i've missed you all. i've been recouping and recovering but sober sober girl. seems all this work had taken me a few steps back. i was in bed most of the day. so i worked a bit today with client at home, rested and then managed to hike the doggies. i need to do better extreme self care. i was so looking forward to going to desert this weekend to meet up with girlies but alas have no strength for it. can't get my butt to my job in laguna either. but hey you know what. i'm sober and come friday i'll have a whopping 60 days. how about that... now what is this with people getting beat up? hahhaa gosh i seem to miss everything around here. how is that possible. okay i'm going to hop in jammies and hop in my bed. i am loving you all and going to go take my little meds.

I've been getting up for work at 5:30 lately to cover shifts, so I haven't had the time for the computer...
I thought I'd drop by and say hello before starting some supper... We have a whopper of a snowstorm blowing right now... Tomorrow morning hubby and I are heading to camp to shovel snow and check things as we haven't been there for a long time. We are hoping to have my cousin and her beau out to join us over the March School break... Well, it is so good to see you Bootsie... Hope that you are feeling better.
