Hi all I am almost finished Day 5, I am feeling quite tired but very happy so far. I would like to thank everyone that has welcomed me to this thread. I realized that everyone knows each other here I hope to get to know all.

Well call me truck drivin' mama. Just drove in a few minutes ago. It has been one long day. Drove 150 miles this afternoon to pick up a U Haul truck. Needed one tall enough for a refrigerator, so Little Mama Bear put her name on a list for a 14' truck. Seems after school let out the students from the university used all in town to move away. Had to go an extra 30 miles and get a 24' truck. ( yes I did a few curb checks with my tires) We got most loaded and Bear Jr drove the truck in town for me. I drove 120 miles in 30 - 40 mph crosswinds. It usually takes less than 2 hours at 70 mph. It took 3.5 hours at 60 - 65mph rockin' all the way. Whew! I'm takin' hot bath and bed for me. The truck will wait till tomorrow to be unloaded.

Bearlady, you are a Hoot !!! I know of a saying that I just love, "Never drive any faster than your angels can fly" I hope that you enjoyed your nice hot tubby with the pride of knowing that you got home safe and sound with your rig xxx That is Quite an accomplishment... Hats off to the "truck drivin' mama" !!!

Well, we have had a nice gentle rain that began yesterday afternoon. During the night I heard some rumbling also. My vegetable garden is going to be soooo happy. The weed too I might add

So, this weekend the ugly old porch will be taken off the camp and burned. Ryan's girlfriend Amanada will be joining us this weekend. (hence the need to buy a sectional pull-out couch for Ryan) It will be nice when it warms up enough to jump in the lake.
Well, I should get my butt in gear, I'll stop by likely before leaving when the kids get home from school. If I don't stop by, I hope that everybody has a wonderful weekend, Hugs and love, xxx

I am soooooooooo happy it is Friday, I am a little nervous about the weekend, but plan to keep busy so the AF won't be so difficult, actually already busy w/ all the activities going on, won't have time to think about a drink!!! THANK GOD!!

hey all happy friday. i must get on my happy hat and jump in shower. sending you all love. and today is super sales day and get back to making all those calls i don't want to. how is it that a certain 6 or 7 days of every month i want to hide in my bed? hahahahaa bear lady you are so so sweet. just love your posts. nibs you are busy as ever. and i wish i had a spa day. my lakers lost sad sad. i went to a dj nite and it isn't the same if you aren't consuming alcohol or some drug. hahaha it was okay but wow did i have a headache. my friends are like drink up. i'm like no i have to drive and work tomorrow .hahahahahaah they don't know i quit. ah well. best get to it. cowgal happy riding honey bunny. rust i slept alot these last 5 months. seems i needed it. more 2 please feel better.
and hey hey hey. they sent me the video of my ceo presentation. wow, i am shocked. you know what? well, besides the fact that i look old and fat. hahahaahah it was really good, like t.v. show good. and i thought humm i can trim up my speaking, my presentation and my delivery. i bet with a bit of p.r. and a book done i can be on that speaking, t.v. circuit too. gosh i never really thought i could manifest it but you know i had a standing ovation and it was funny and a great performance. not boasting but i'm just in shock. i guess 14 years of doing this and i've actually mastered something. now to make it good to do on a big level. they say they may put me in a big event in july with 1000 people. guys, i really think i can do it. i'm going to see if i can edit this thing down and then i can utube it if you guys want to see some.

Hey Nibs, I didn't read back too far, don't know the whole scenerio, but can I come to the girlie/horsey talks too?? I think I may not ride this weekend, it is soooooooo hot, like 98 degrees, and they are talking triple digits this weekend, AND IT IS NOT EVEN SUMMER!!!!! YIKES!!!!

You have alot of bugs in Canada, right? Someone told me once that the mosquitos are as big as birds??( No offense Bird!) Is that right?? We have alot of them buggers, but they are small and love me, must have tasty blood!:H:H

i really have NO IDEA why, but I am so nervous all of a sudden, two weeks from today I will be in Niagara falls, meaning Lenair will be 4 days away. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
