Good cloudy Monday morning everybody Well the forecast for this week is rain for every other day... I cannot remember literally when we have an a 24 hours span without rain !!! Enough is ENOUGH !!!

I'd like to add to all Greeneyes suggestions,,, Cowgal if you check I think on the holistic part of MWO there is a huge thread about quinoa... Lots of tried and true recipes. Quinoa is a grain that actually is a complete protien... It is very popular with vegetarians. I've just recently tried it and like it alot although I'd like to use it in some different ways. So far I've only cooked it in chicken soup base and then added veggies.. Remember to rinse your quinoa in a fine strainer using cold water before cooking it though. Apparently there is a coating on it that has a bitter taste. Enjoy !!!

Please think of it this way, " Remember how excited and happy you were when you were moving in??? the next family will carry on the love for the home and make more memories there... Sometimes moving forward will put a lump in your throat and a tear in your eye. You have cried, loved, spat, and cradled your little boy in your arms in that home...natually you feel the way you do " I'm sending you encouragement and alot of love...

Hi all, happy Monday, just a quickie, I have been going non stop since 7AM!! I will try to break this afternoon and check in...........

Want to go buy Quiona, will go to health food store today, sounds good, I am into health!!! Why did I drink!!?? I am on day 7, feeling good physically, just the "dealing w/ Mike and the teens" that is driving me loco. I am such a control freak, gotta let go!

Nibs, it is raining too much here too, the poor horses feet, don't have thrush yet surprisingly, but if it doesn't dry out, who knows?? Got the blacksmith coming tomorrow hopefully cuz their feet are a MESS!!

I just wanted to add my voice to the "You are doing GREAT!!" cacophony out there. You are. Despite hubby, kids and just needing to relax.

I am very proud of you and do not want you to ever go back to where you were after weekend before last.

btw, here in Alabama it rained and rained for a few days but now we are under a "high pressure dome" and it means SEVERE CLEAR!!!

I love it and it should be comin' your way, sweetie!! (I hope) FL has it's own weather, however, but you should at least dry out a bit.

Meanwhile Nibs is dealing with "our" springtime weather. I sure hope you dry out soon, too.

I'm Back

Had a wonderful session on Friday and then drove back down to RI. (The boys we're visiting their dad's family while I went to visit a friend in Vermont)
Was immediately offered a glass of wine and turned it down without thinking twice.
Had a glorious day at the beach Sat and lobster dinner Sat night. All my favorite drinks available and I had water. Flew home yesterday. Was delayed on the Vegas runway due to thunderstorms so the drinks were on the house. (It wasn't announced but quickly assumed when the flight attendant wasn't taking anyones $) so everyone was ordering extra drinks. It was funny sitting next to these 2 guys and watching them get drunk and how their personalities changed and voices got lounder with ea drink. I would have been joining them for sure.
Slept great last night and now I am one week AF!

Woke up to once again rain... The sun is out now and clothes will go out on the line, however it doesn't help dry up the hay fields.. gotta get it in.
Well, house needs some TLC today, so Ryan and Amanda (his girlfriend) will pitch in. They are making dinner tonight and inviting Amanda Dad down... We're having Taco salad and garlic shrimp... yumm!!! sounds great. I think I'll throw something together for dessert.
