Ok, you have a great monday too............................going AF today, I need another long thread to put together......................10 days was feeling pretty good, I don't feel that bad about drinking, I had a couple and enjoyed the trip except Mike rehashing things that happened a long time ago and bringing up the D word AGAIN.................................I said if he wants a divorce, he can leave, I want the house,he said "NO, you have to leave", well, I am NOT, so there!!

The poor kids had to listen to this shit the entire trip, when he gets drunk, he is just MEAN!! I cannot stand it!!:upset::upset: He threw me face down into the wave pool at Typhoon Laggoon, and said he meant it in fun, yeah right, I hit my head on concrete, hurt it, and ended up w/ ears full of water from the force......................what a loving thing to do!???

ANyway, sorry to ramble, I am off to catch up on work for a change.....................

Hi all on monday! Had a day alone with myself yesterday. Actually enjoyed my own company! Imagine that! Accomplished some things around the house that I have been wanting to do then went to see Mamma Mia at the movies. It was fun! Got to bed early and now back at it at work. Son due home sometime today, Hub back late tonight. I was spooked a little in bed last night since I was alone! Hate to admit I slept with lights on in the house. 55 years old! Afraid of the dark! LOL!

Yeah sometimes I get scared at night out here. Once I thought someone was in my shed but it was a cat trying to get into the trash. Sat in the hall for about an hour with the cell phone and a small knife untill finaly got brave enough to peek out. Bootsie I;m gonna try that juice. I make alot of juice but most of it is lousy. CG hope you get in to Houston...the kids are at Jr. Ranger camp this week. Its day camp out at a state park so I have the days alone. Got in a good hike when I dropped them off and then cleaned out my car which I never do and even washed it. I have to go back to work next week so will try to cram as much activity into this week as I can. Been practicing like crazy every night getting ready for school, will have to audition for jazz band and I really want in. I'm off to pick up the kids. love bird

I am going to houston!!!! YAY, Barry called me and said they are doing it, so now I need to figure out whether to fly or drive, think I may drive, since the flights are rediculous!!!! They are at least 2 stops and some layovers are like, 11 hours and stuff!!! Horrible, and the price is $500 something....................? will figure it out soon, I am just sooooooooooo excited!!!!:yay::wd:

I can hear in your post that he is a real coward.. Who pushes forcefully the person they "love" into a friggin' wave pool ??!!?? I'm not impressed and feel for you. Yesterday I took #1 son and his girlfriend shopping in town... We actually had a great time. Us girls even had Ryan go shoe shopping.. giggle , giggle... His daddy would never go shoe shopping, so I'm impressed with our son. xxx

Morning everyone! Got a little rain but not enough. We need a steady rain that would last for about 5 days. We are parched. Even my drought resistant flowers are schriveling up. Have to whine a little. Went to Dr. this AM to get results of tests they have been running for about 10 days. Nothing showing up yet so I have to have an endoscopy of my stomach and duodenum on Friday. Second round of anethesia in 8 days. Yuck! Hard on the few brain cells I have left. Surgeon thinks it may be an ulcer. Said my liver, pancreas looked good on the ultrasound. Little does he know! Had my gall bladder out 5 years ago. He thought it might be the bile duct - it's OK. So on to surgical adhesions or ulcer. I imagine an ulcer is quite probable after all the booze that passed through my poor tummy. If the endo doesn't show anything they will do CAT scan of abdomen and pelvis.

CG! Hope today is a better day! It was good talking with you last evening! Just stay focused! What a wonderful new life you have ahead. It will be grand! And it will be wonderful for the kids to have at least one parent that doesn't participate in the nonsense anymore. You can set a good example of what it is to be the responsible person in a relationship. Stay strong, honey!

Morning all! Thanks Nibs, she and hubby are both pretty special! I need rain too, alot of it, our yard is starting to look like a beach! Cowgal, just curious, but what does your hubby do for an occupation, and how does he interact with his co-workers? I left hubby #1 because I didn't want my daughter to go up thinking it was ok for a man to treat a woman that way, and didn't want my son to think he could treat a woman that way....albeit it, most of the times, it was totally mental and emotional abusive, except once, and that was it for me....I fight back, and it wasn't going to be pretty! lol He's a pee-squat dentist, and I have always done martial arts! I could see me in prison stripes (and I don't look good in stripes!)..and he'd be raising my kids! Get to Lenair, I'll come stay with you if you need me too, I'm just a bit away, and we'll do some real soul searching on the other issues! I've left you a message again this morning! Bird, I hope you get in that Jazz band too, you are multi talented, I'm soooo impressed!

Well, it is almost over (the morning anyway!) Thanks for advice on Mike, he is a total butt-head and esp when drinking is a TOTAL d*ck-wad! He says I over-reacted about the pool incident, I THINK NOT! Like others have said, you don't just "throw" your wife or any loved one into the pool............................it wasn't even that deep there and I was totally embarrassed also.:upset:

Enough on that, I will decide what is best after I get some (and keep some, hopefully w/ Lenair)alcohol free time under my belt!!

I am just happy that this is happening, it is my last hope........................

Well, I have a new feather for my cap today... I now install siding on garages. Giggle giggle It is a two person job and I'm loving swinging that old hammer !
The weather did stay nice and the mennonite fellas cut the field across the road from us. Those horses are so amazing to watch. Old Cody just stares holes in them. I can almost read his mind, " Sooooo, that is what a real horse does for a living" Haaa !! Haa !!
Our neighbour from down the road plained a pile of pine boards, so #2 Son and I bagged all the shavings for horse bedding.
Well, I suppose I should finish cleaning up the supper dishes before heading out to bring in the horses and mini-goats. Oh, and we had a nice salad from the romain I planted in the garden. I can't wait to have a feed of beans and peas !
