Yippy!! going on day four today. I feel better, even though I have the flu or a really bad cold. Talking and reading on here has been so helpful. It is good to know that I am not alone in this struggle. A funny story....my 12 yr old son wanted to listen to my hypnosis tape yesterday when he got home from school. He put on the headset and laughed while he listened to the guy with the weird voice, I was typing something on here and the next thing you know he was snoring up a storm. Love ya.....Buffy

Hello Everyone, I would like to do another 30 days too....I say another because I have slipped quite badly in the last week so will be starting at day one again.
Hindsight is always a wonderful thing,...if only I hadn't listened to my 'drink demon' telling me to have 'just one day' of drinking. One day turned into a really BAD week.
But I am back. Hello to all the newbies on this thread.

Bear...we bought all different colors...don't think I'm not trying them ALL on. I always wondered what I'd look like as a blonde..now I will know.
