5000 HOLY MOLY.....I dont know about all this driving...I want brit to drive but Lordy,I hope we can afford it. I might just have to sale her in to overseas slavery...HA HA HA Some days when she is real onry I think abotu shipping her to her Daddys but Id DIE if she left. She is mean as a snake!!!! MEAN I tell ya. HAHAHHAH My friends say she acts just like me.

My Prissy had to have her other eye done today...cherry eye...she had the other eye done not long ago. They gave her pain pills this time. Guess she'll sleep good tonight. She farts so much, I had to put her in the garage. WHEW, she will put ya out the house...she STINKS. She was starving when I picked her up. Jumping all over me. Snorting and carrying on. She is crazy.

Yeah, driving is nice, less shuttling on my part, but the insurance will kill ya! Davis works at the YMCA to help pay for that and gas, and some spending $$$......................
Don't go in until 8"30 today, then off tomorrow, they are having a baby shower for a girl at work tomorrow, but I think I will show up w/ gift and "have to leave", don't care for her too much, she doesn't like me too much either, it is known, but need to be civil...................

looking SOOOOOOO much to tomorrow off, I am so far behind in studying, not doing well w/ AL either, gotta get a grip........................love you guys,:l:h off to he*l for another drag of a day...................wish I could be an artist and make money, I think I would much more enjoy my life.........................dream on, right???

I wish you could make a great living with your artwork as well MA... They always say, "find what you love to do and then find a way of making money doing it so that you never work a day in your life"... that for you would be wonderful.
Well, we had such a great time while bringing our trailer up to the bush.... Not doing great with AL either MA... gotta get a grip too.
The weather was so nice and warm during the day but the furnace ran off and on all night.
When we got home this afternoon I found time to do 3 loads of laundry with the last load needing to be brought in as I type. I had intentions of taking Maisy for a little ride but I'm just whipped... AL seems to take far too much of my ambition which isn't nice.

How are you feeling this time on topa Luv?...
I'm really missing More2, Tex, Bird, Morrison, spedteach, Magic, Lucky, ... there are so many of you folks that help to brighten up this thread... even a quick "howdy"
Well, I'm gonna grab Hubbys work clothes and then bring in my critters for the night.

Topa dopa didnt last long Nibs....energy is back and feeling normal..whatever normal is..LOL But, no cravings at all. Mother's Day was GREAT! I am sunburned as all get out, but other than that GREAT! Spent the day at the lake boating and on the wave runner. FUN FUN!!!! Hope you all had a GREAT one too.

Our boys just got their very first fire call. It's a brush fire not too far from here.... Silly me being a "Mom" hollers after them as their putting on shoes and grabbing helmets "are you dressed warm enough"??? Gosh, they have huge jackets and will be sweating bullets for goodness sakes... when do we ever stop "mommying our kids"...

Well at work we all arrived bright and early to find that our main freezer had quit over the weekend ruining all our burgers, pizza dough, deli meats etc... We had to feed the school eggsalad sandwiches, grilled cheese, cheesey eggs on bagels etc... Nobody seemed any worse for wear. We'll hopefully have our freezer repaired by Wednesday and food to fill it on Thursday. Fingers are crossed though. X

Well, I suppose I should get out to do my chores, grab a shower and then work on my alfghan... This Friday we will take the kids plus Amanda up to where we left our trailer up in the bush. This Saturday is the opening season of Walley fishing. I really hope that the weather is nice because gosh all mighty there will be 5 of us plus 2 large labrador retrievers in a 24 foot trailer. I brought plenty of books, cards, and puzzle books... I just don't want to have to resort to "I spy with my little eye" this weekend ! Haaa !! Haaaa !!!

Hey all

Well, sounds you all are doing well.......not me, but my own fault as I drank too much this past weekend......... Mother's Day sucked, not a card or anything ........I mean, I said all I want is to have a nice ride, well even that didn't happen.......

Today I am going AF so hope I can make it the first few days..... They are the toughest........ Will go to AA tonight, part of the problem, have been not going for about 2 weeks now, am embarrassed to go back, but I know they all care.......

Off to work, time to go in, blah!!!!

I don't care about Mother's Day anymore, was AF yesterday, feeling hopeful:thumbs::happy::wd:..................ask me what I will do for Father's Day........................Nada!! The kids at least didn't get drunk and downright ugly........................I wish I could be done w/ school already, I'd be "outa here!" Anyway, I do have a job, for that I am grateful, out the door now.......................(or in 20 min.)

AHOY!!! I went to the beach for a week with my sister. Had a good time in great weather. Did some letterboxing. Going on a fishing outing for the weekend (same as last time) with the fishing club. It'll be warmer and the fishing will be better. Trying to cram as much catch-up stuff in as I can. The yard and my hair both need a cut that I hope to get to.

MA, my next door neighbor is fed up with her husband and for mother's day she checked into a hotel for 2 nights and wouldn't tell anyone where she was staying. I'll ask her if she wants to stay at my house while I go fishing. Maybe she could hide her car :H

I am so glad I learned about letterboxing from g reeneyes and I think britz does it too. I have not done it yet but was in a mtg @ work and we had to introduce ourselves and our favorite hobby. Well, I don't have hobbies, @ least not healthy ones, so I made up that I love to letterbox and everyone had tons of questions for me. They had not heard of it either! lol

off to study, I am already in another class....................I am asking to delay it though, I need to study and go test the CLEP for sociology first before I dive into another class................it started Mon, and I had no clue until last night!!! Am WAAYYYY behind already so hope I can delay!

I haven't letterboxed yet, but it does sound interesting. I haven't had time. When Zak finishes ball I will make them time for us to go. 2 more weeks...God I can't wait. This has been the worst season ever. His coaches SUCK...they haven't won one game, the boys all hate going..I could go on but I won't bore you.
Greenie, sounds like you are having a good time. Honey husbands are more work than they are worth. i have decided a BF that has his won home is nice. He needs to be able to GO HOME! He can visit...but needs to be able to leave!!!!!

Greenie welcome home... you have been missed. I've not checked out letterboxing either... Maybe this summer when I'm off I'll check it out. It does sound interesting.
Yep MA, I'm with Luv on the "going on strike". Being a Mom is truely the toughest job in the world. Your AA buddies will be sooooo supportive. They have walked the walk too sweetie. I'll be happy when you are done school.
Oh, I forgot to tell you guys... My western saddle for Maisy is too narrow and doesn't fit her very well atall not to mention it weighs around 50 lbs ! I have one HECK of a time managing to put it on her 16 hand high back... Well, I found a synthetic "Circle H" saddle that is as light as a feather, fits her perfectly, is comfy on my tush and has a gel cinch... I'm as happy as a lark with it. I now just have to shop around when we go to Kentucky for a black western bridle with a hint of silver to set it off.

Tomorrow we all head up to our trailer on our fishing trip... Tonight when I got home from work I set out making 2 types of muffins, a batch of cinnamon buns, a loaf of bread, wildrice salad, potatoe salad, macaroni salad, potatoes for homefries and cut up fresh veggies served with a side of ranch dressing as a dip... My buns and bread are almost risen and ready to bake.. I'm tuckered but will sleep fast as I've been up since 5:30... Oh well, relaxing for 3 days is worth all this preparation.
I've got a young girl that lives nearby to care for all my 4-legged farm critters. She is a student at our school and also has 4 horses of her own. When I had her come to our farm to show her my routine etc, her Mom came along because she wants to help her daughter also. It's truely a relief to be able to leave my animals in compassionate, knowlegable care.
Well, I've got some buns and bread to bake.
I'll "see" you all on Monday evening when I get home.
We are praying for good weather and fish that bite our hooks

Oh Nibs have a wonderful time. I like when you get to go back to camp. I enjoy the stories. I know the relief you feel knowing the animals are cared for in your absence. I have to hire someone to come in when I leave too. There is no way I could tote all these critters somewhere. Man...I can't even imagine that... Have a wonderful time! I wanna go....I so wish we lived close.
