Hi Hereatlast..stay on the site or go on chat for a while it might encourage you to say busy inthe "bewitching time" after 7pm for you..

You can do it..go to bed early if necessary and read a book, watch tv..eat choc anything except pop the cork...think how good you will feel am.. ansd clear headed/ energetic and so so pleased with yourself...Rock on tyou can do it for today..hopefully!!

Hi amelia. I have to be honest and start over again. I'm just too hard on myself not too. Plus, its not like I had a beer. I got ruined. Drank probably what a normal person drinks in a couple weeks.
