Oh, here it is...the 30 day thread. So great to see it and what a trip down memory lane to read these posts. It's so sad that we lost two very active contributors on this thread--Cowgal and Bear.

I was day 9 until Friday night when we went out with clients and I had 2 1/2 glasses of wine (the wine was $150+)...I didn't feel too guilty, though, because I was proud of myself for refusing another and drinking decaf coffee with dessert instead. Last night I had one beer with my Mexican food out to dinner with my husband, and that was it. So, yes, I broke the 9 day streak, but don't feel too guilty because I didn't go crazy when I had the chance. I am willing to see if I can go 30 days straight without! So...I am in too!!! :-) Thanks!!!

Pretty ok. On antabuse most of the time. Been posting on the journey. Didnt know 30 was still around. Went off for awhile while sober but started slippin up so came back. How your kids are these days?

Bird my kids are great. Brit is driving to school this year and most days drives Zak too. That is nice, yet scarey at the same time. She only has 2 more years of school. Then it is just me and Zak.

WOW, had to dig deep to find this. Hate that I am back, but here I am again. Had 2 years sober and blew it and man when ya blow it...you guys know, you really blow it. I cant remember my password so I am back as "Gettinitright"...I sure hope so!!! Working hard at it. Hope you all are doing well from the 30 day thread. I don't see many one here anymore.

Blast from the past! This was the first group I joined when I began posting in 2008. One way or another, it is a long road for many of us. I'm grateful that I no longer have any desire to drink. I spent a lot of time in the mods section here, but I was still thinking about drinking too much, and drank too much too often.
