No news yet from Hopkins, mare gets first vaccine today at the equine hospital, hopefully with no reactions, I'll let you know, don't forget to put me up for 1 day AF this 30 dys!...lol...I had 4 folks stop over last night to check on me that I hadn't seen since we left town, and had 3 sips of wine in defense of not having to go into it, I'm keeping my "secret" here with ya'll, so I don't guess I can count that day 2! Going to Dallas today to Whole Foods, load up on healthy good stuff for the weekend! Love you all tons, tex

Good morning all. more2, I can smell the air just listening to your description. I do wish I was there. It is foggy here this morning but it is still beautiful. I rode my scooter until 11:00 PM last night. It was so pretty with the full moon I didn't want to go home.

Hello my friends, I had a really nice evening planting flowers and swatting black flies.. Didn't come in until 9:20pm and it was such a beautiful evening... Just me and some humming birds... I'm really enjoying this time of year in 2007 !!! Texas, I'm amazed about your precious mare !! It is a blessing that the verterinarians now are so up on things. I wish for her a speedy recovery... Can't wait to hear the smile in your letter as we hear about your test results ... And Bear, it would be wonderful to be a fly on your shoulder to experience some of your rides. More2 I also would love to be a gardening buddy with you guys !! Oh the dirt would be just a flyin !! Love All You guys ! P.S. Welcome back Kimmy !! We're so happy to have you !! All I know is us gals should have some real pretty yards! A girl from work came by and was amazed how pretty the yard was, I couldn't tell her that instead of drining I garden...so I said" yeah, when the kids get on my nerves, I garden...as you can see...they get on my nerves a lot"....we laughed. I whave always gardened, but this year have went a bit overboard trying to stay away from wine. Craving hits...I buy a flat of flowers and hit the yard. Cheaper than wine and no hangover, right? AND I have something to show for it besides a fat gut...which is going away too!!!!So it is a win/win for me...smile! Everyone
The comedian Ron White is here this weekend...he is so funny! I love him. If my friend can go, I am getting tickets today...I just think he is hystercial....stays drunk I think through his act, but funny. Gotta run, make my little husband..not that I have a big one (that is what I call Zak cause he's so bosey...he he he) BIG breakfast. Love you all

More2 stated with the Topa here...it is WAY expensive so I bought the other and have stuck with that...little tp though...order a month in advance cause it takes awhile to come...I almost ran out one time and freaked out. So, now I stocked up...and order well ahead of time. Works the same...pills are the same...I am always scared about that, but they are the exact same thing!!!!

I love Ron White too. He can actually make me laugh so hard I can't breath. He comes here all the time; he is from Borger; a little town about 140 miles north of here. I can't help but think of him anytime I get on a little puddle jumper. I know you will have a good time Luv. He is a lush insn't he. lol

More2 I am taking campral this time around. It is working well. I do still have a craving now and then, but all in all it is good. I took topa on my first attempt and I bought it from Turkey and Mexico. The Mexico drugs were just like US drugs. The turkish drugs were bubble packed and not as strong as stated in my opinion. Are you taking topa more2?

Niblet, It would be easier just to load you on the back. I have a trunk for the bike which is also a backrest / arm rest for the passenger. You could set back there and read a book, a lot of the pasengers do. My wife has back problems so she can't ride for long periods without hurting, so I got the most comfortable seat I could.

Kali, how are you and Louise doing? Hope everything is going well.

More2, how do you cut and paste....lol....my kids think I'm retarded.....I'm seriously computer illiterate!!!! Don't post me day 2 AF, I had 3 sips, if you let me cheat on the playground, I'll look for ways to do it, I don't play fair in the sandbox!!....lol....I'm going AF totally as soon as I hear from Hopkins, I just can't promise myself I can do that til I'm deflated from the anxiety, but, I've been over a week, and the most I've had is 2, and that was just one of the days of the whole week, so I'm proud as punch with all that is going on, that I've done that well! That's huge for me, esp. in the past 3 yrs., waiting on test results every 3 mos for 2 yrs., then every 6 the last year....so I'm doing good!!! Love you guys!

Bear - thanks for asking about me. I am having the hardest time keeping up with everyone and getting to know people. It amazes me how you do it. I did think about you over Memorial Day weekend when reading about the veterans ride to Red River in the paper. Very Touching. Is that the one you usually go on? I have only been here in NM a year and haven't been to the memorial there yet. Well, I have not managed to be AF but am doing pretty well. Started the topa on tues, did 2 days AF after the 3 drinks on memorial day, had fight with husband and had 1 drink last night and no craving for more. So even though I keep falling off my horse I really am feeling great! Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Have you noticed how many Texans ar on here? What's Up? I am in SC, but born and raised Texan, which as any other Texan knows..means I will always be Texans LOL...something in our water? LOL However did ya'll know it is Texas state law that children can drink if they are with a consenting adult that is a true fact!!! I had forgotten that law and was visiting a winery outside of Austin 2 years ago and my duaghter whom at the time was 11 was offered wine...I freaked out and was reminded it was OK...I politely said...NO it is not.

Ron White is hysterical, saw him in Tyler not long ago, and Jeff Foxworthy too! One of my bestest buddies has a jewelery store in Borger, Texas....talk about living East of Jesus...lol...Bear, you thought where you live is bad....lol....Yep Luv, guess alot of us lacking in self-control are from Texas, BUT, since we do live in about the biggest state in the entire US of A, I guess we get a break!....lol....Also, they have cracked down a bit on the liquor laws here, they caught my daughter sipping out of her brother's beer not long ago and carded her, with us at the table, and I told them it was ok, actually, she was 21, but had left her purse, (she wasn't paying for dinner!)...and they threatened to take the beer from her brother if he let her drink from it again...we are in the "Baptist Bible Belt" tho, and its dry in Tyler, which is where we were for dinner....so, I think they are getting more strict in some areas.....she was 13 in NYC and they didn't even ask, we ord'd a bottle of wine, and they poured her some....lol....she was like....."ewwwww"......Good Friday evening to all!

Hello All, just poppin' in after a great but very long day... Finally finished planting flowers and I have to replant my peas this year. They seemed to have rotted in the soil... I had that happen once before.. To wet? I'll cross my fingers as I replant tomorrow... I'll have to watch for Ron White. He sounds helarious !! I'm tuckin' in my friends, Hugs and sweet dreams all... hi everybody. how is everyone? sorry i've been out the last few days. i went in for surgery on weds a.m. at 6:30. and then 5 hours lady. little bootsy was in bed fast asleep. unfortunately i had to go back to said dr the next day to check my stitches. and yep, bootsy slipped right off her wagon wheel. her girlfriend and her got pedicure after dr appt and then glass of wine and lunch. then bootsy went home and has been in bed sleeping for two more days and will be i suspect til monday. cuz i actually can't really move. i got a little crazy in bootcamp. lol so, back to sober city. oh yeah and i got in the mail today all my meds and my abs cds. so i listened to them all day while drooling and sleeping in bed. nice so here i come june fresh and new. and sore as hell. i'm moving myself up on the topa too as i've been on it now for a week. how's everyone doing/
