Hello all, I had a pretty good day. Busy as hell, but it went fast. Raining the bottom out here now. They had 8 inches up north of here and the storm is coming from that direction. I am the proud owner of a new computer chair. That old one was about to break my back. Now I may be able to sit here for hours. Mama bear will love that.

Morrison, I hope the campral order is in, it is important. Have you talked to anyone about taking gabapentin with the campral? I have been taking it together since the start, and it really takes the edge off of everything. I think it is what has made me get through this without too much trouble. You might want to ask your Dr. if you have one.

I hope More2 is having a good time, I forgot she was out playing.

Tex, I envy you and your horse show. It has to be an awesome experience. I hope you can enjoy it for all it is.

Bear so glad you got a new chair...must be some kind of chair as this was the longest post you have written in awhile. HE HE HE HE Mama Bear will never get anything out of you... I was thinking, I agree with Tex, you really need to take Mama Bear out at least one time before u get rid of that boat...make it a nice day...picnic and all.

Had Granny's 80th b-day party yesterday. YEAH!!!! Fried turkey, baked beans, homemade mac-n-cheese, collard greens, and strawberry cake...I had to come home from work early. She was so happy. Here's to another 20 years for Granny!!!!!!!

My mom is having catarac surgery this morning, so I am off to the Dr.'s. She is anxious about it but I don't blame her. I am sure she will make it through it fine. It's weird love, I don't feel so old on here, but my mom is older than your granny, and I am as old as your mom. Aw man now I am feeling old.

Day 3 AF for me and a newbie to boot! I've got a tough weekend coming up as I'm going out on Saturday night with a couple who'se husband is an alocholic who doesn't think he has a problem (complete nightmare actually) and I know he'll just buy me drinks for the hell of it.

I hope I can stay strong though - I'm in!

I'm having cataract surgery on Aug 1st - sure it will be a breeze for your mom. I've been through two eye ops prior to this for a detached retina and although uncomfortable it wasn't too bad.

Wow. I would like to thank all of you individually, but that will take me so long right now. I am so behind on threads. I'm trying to get on here as much as I can, but really busy (which, believe me, is a great thing.) I plan on addressing all of you here in the near future. I don't want to appear selfish and not get to chat with everybody on here that has been so great. Anyway, it's already day 3(provided I don't drink tonight, which I know I won't. Some days I just KNOW. How is that?) Anyway, weekdays are easier than weekends obviously. I'm actually looking forward to the challenge, cause I know I will prevail. I'm actually thinking of things I can do to get away from the usual bad influences. Once I get past this first weekend, I plan on it being like last time, and I can coast. Campral should start working again shortly. Anybody else find it a pain in the ass you have to take the Campral 3 times a day? It does get easy to miss dosage. Well, I gotta go to a meeting. Be back in a bit.

Mom made it throught the surgery without a hitch. Everything is good with her. We hav a follow up visit tomorrow and they should do the other eye in 2-3 weeks. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.

Morrison, I also hate the 6 pills a day, so I have been talking to my Dr. about getting on vivitrol. It is a once a month slow release med. It might be worth you looking into it.

hey niblet congrats on your horsey. that is way exciting. not much to report. hope you all are well. was reading your posts and you all sound very sparkley and happy. bootcamp is fun and thrilling really. and it is very very hot here. so pool time is essential. the dogs are definitely doing early a.m. hikes to avoid the big old rattle snakes. go2 take the baby steps and brandy i'm way proud of you.

Yeah Bootsie, More2 and I have been talking about going to summer camp!! Where's camp? Morrison, you sound like the guy I met on this site when I joined, that motivated me soooo much, that's why you are so missed, you have to find the thread a few weeks ago, with your name on it....lol.....pretty good stuff! Our horse show is the American Paint Horse World Championships, in Ft. Worth at the Wills Rogers....our stallion won there 3 yrs. ago, and we are hoping for a repeat performance from our filly....she's halter bred Nibs, paint and QH, her name is Kissa Belle....after her world champ. dam, Belladama Belle, and sire, Kiss the Girls...ya'll cross your fingers, eyes and toes for us, we show Mon. the 2nd in the morning....you can go to APHA.Com - Welcome to the Association and click on world show, and there's a live feed to the classes, if you are interested, Chuck has longer gray hair, will have on a herringbone sportcoat, silver belly hat, and bright blue shirt and cool tie, mare is drk. bay over...nearly black, its amt. 2 yr. old mares...we will be there til the 4th, then leave for Austin, Tx. for a wellness seminar, C.E. credit class...I'll share all I learn...lol....be back on Sat. week, I'll take my computer tho, so I'll have my support pals with me, and can report the results, good or not, we love "Lola" and I'll be proud of my guy and horsey, no matter what....I'm just trying hard to have my plan firmly in place, and stick to it, it'll be around alot of partying folks, so I hope all my supps, and new lithium orotate kick in tomorrow....I do not want to have a bad morning again, ever....Morrison, again, so glad you are back, and More2 also....WHEW....feels good to have all the gang here! hahahaha. it's not the military kind that is for sure. not at 46 years old darling. lol. i'm so happy you are home more 2. i've missed you and i on purpose have not gone to get my roots died in protest of you leaving me. smiles. and like you i was out property hunting. in fact i property hunted for so many clients that 3 of them went into escrow. then hubby and i sat down and crunched numbers and we bought a little slice of history in a building downtown that was built in 1912 that is being restored. and then i did open house all day sunday. so needless to say i slept after working for 2 weeks straight. i slept all day sunday and read a happy little book. oh yeah and a nice bubble bath awaiting your return. so, bootcamp darling is this grueling thing i do 4 to 5 times a week that has you go through all the drills that one does in exercises in real bootcamp to get you in top shape. i shall be going tonight at 6;30. now, that you are back i'm definitely calling hairdresser as my locks are very very not blonde right now. lol and i've missed my texas gal too.

when you go to austin, tex my favorite place to chill out is there. so if you need a reprieve from partygoers go out there even for an hour or the day and chill out. it is called the crossings and it headed toward the lake. it is heaven heaven. i would highly recommend you and more 2 head on over there for some r and r. they have everything there including an infinity pool and the best massages ever and yoga, organic food, such nice rooms. just nice all around. or more 2 and you head there and sign up for some of their classes. they always have such fun ones there. i do love their jacuzzi though. and i'm sending you lots of prayers and love for the big event. i know you will take home that big prize. so love that you are still in the horse world. just has me remember all those days on the ranch. just always takes me there. thank you for that. you will stay strong and take that computer.

I am so so happy to have all the family home. I was having empty nest syndrome...LOL AND we picked up folks along the way. So man we're doing good. Life is good!

oopsy beforfe i go forgot to say hello to mama luv luv. yes, i've missed mama luvluv and i missed papa bear. tis good to be home. I'll see if i can't remember some of those blushing bootsie stories that i know are llurid and make you go eeks. i really can't believe she just shared that. but like any good sober train wreck some things just have to be shared to clear ones space and someone has to be a witness to hear them. so thank you little family for sharing and caring. actually papa bear asked me to come on back to little family as he missed me. hahahaahah so here i am. that was awfully nice of you bear. as bootsie didn't think anyone much cared. ah but daddy bear did and the rest of my little family did too. it isn't easy getting this little choo choo on the track but i'm working those rails and shoveling the coal in as they say. a little on the sooty side but one day at a time. and i know no matter what i do have more 2, nib, luv, tex, bear, and god.
