day 9 i should be happy but again im thinking its saturday i want a drink i suppoose thats better than i need a drink. hubby has a concert tonight so im on my own again with my 9 year old were both drinking fanta zero but i keep telling him to go clean his teeth, the only way i manage is to keep the fanta next to me so i dont have to go into the kitchen where i could get a whisky. dr whos on we love dr who lol

Luv.....I have a feeling you will go longer then 30 days. At first I only was gonna do 30 days and walla here I am at 300 something. Topa helps so much.

Meditiation Mama...topa is good so far....NO cravings at all yeaterday...a little today, but more out of boredom I think. I am EXTREMELY tired....and thought process seems a bit off. Hard to explain...nothing real weird. So far, so good!!!

Received my TOPA today! Kind of scary... I think I am supposed to take in the morning so I will wait until tomorrow to take. I read that it can keep you up... I will read the book again tonight...

Hello All Day 6 for me too!! Had a moment earlier on in the day when I started coming up with ALL THE EXCUSES UNDER THE SUN to buy a bottle or two of wine on the way home, but I thought of all the reasons I had decided to go AF again and those won,.....eventually.

Topa makes you tired and dopa- take at night if possible- or figure out best times. I would take in late afternoon and evening.

If the topa keeps you up, take it earlier in the day!! Or you can take Melatonin before bedtime. At the moment I am following the meds exactly but have swapped round my Kalms tablets, instead of taking two tablets morning and lunch, then one before bed, I take one tab morning and lunch then two before bed and I am zonked right out!! Works for me anyway.
But as Happy Camper said, Topa can also make some people leathargic instead of keeping them awake, so it depends how you are feeling really.

The TOPA doesn't keep me up, I can barely get up!!! I took a nap yesterday and then slept last night from 9-9:30 this morning....WHEW...NEVER I suffer insomnia so bad...I am cathcing up for a whole year??? HA HA
