    Hey Nib, would love for you to come see all my critters. I just love them. They are lots of work, but since I quit drinking, I had to fill my time. So, I filled it with pets. I have everything...dogs, cats, rabbit, birds out the ying yang...HA HA

      Hey More2 my buddy, my pal! That really is soooo terrible about your friend, and I know with you and I both having hubby's in the 60's, its tragic, and scary too....I too have to learn about those triggers! I had a tad more than I wanted on Sat. night, my first night on the Chantrix, and didn't realize it until it was too late, was watching a movie and had planned on my 2 glasses, and didn't realize hubby had filled up the glass when I wasn't aware...its not that he's not totally supportive, he just did it outta habit....anyway, when I went to get my sparkling water after my supposed 2 glasses, I saw the bottle was empty!!!! OMG I was so freaked out...I wasn't drunk either, which was good, but, I was sooo pissed off at myself...I was so pissed off, that I picked up the bottle, opened the door to the backporch, and went out to heave and hurl the bottle out into the woods, all the while proclaiming...Never Again!!! Well, I cocked my arm back to throw, and hard, and did, but lost my balance....(geeezzzz, wasn't drunk, but the equilibrium thing was affected...duh...)...and hurled the bottle, and myself off the porch....went rolling thru freshly mown grass...it was a great tuck and roll I have to admit tho!....Hubby witnessed whole thing from the couch and came out going..."are you all right, what did you do?"...then he starts laughing cuz I'm covered in grass from head to barefoot...I had to laugh too...anyway, haven't had over 1-2 since, and today is day 3 on the Chantrix, where you take 2 a day, so I'm hoping it kicks in, and I can do AF with ya....I'm gonna die trying...lol...anyway....Great to hear from BOOTS...sorry about the sickness tho, yucky poo to be sick on a big 'ol boat girlfriend....Nibs, love ya, LUV, love ya too, Bear, you sound busy as a beaver, glad Morrison is hanging about too...I know I've missed a pal, but you all know I keep ya in my heart all the time! So, More2, don't beat yourself up, and stay off the porch....lol....Ya know what they say....If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch, we gotta catch up with Big Dogs LUV and Bear.....wahhhhhhh.....

        Just chased down an escaped lovebird...they are little escape artist. That was work! HA He was tired and so were we.

        More2, so sorry to hear about your friend. Hang in there!

        Tex, sorry you slipped, but the story was hysterical.

        I am off Topa and noticed yesterday the cravings were there. Not sure if it is just in my head...knowign I am off everything or they REALLY were. Time will tell. I have some still and will go right back on it if I need to. I really want to be off it, but I want to be sobber more.

          Just poppin' in real quick ! Our boys have some friends over for a PJ party complete with tacos etc. and they are in the oven.... ( not the kids..... they have law now in place for that ha !! haa !! ) Bear I'll get you some pics... Hugs guys,

            Have taken some time now that the boys are "doing their thing" to read the posts. More2 I cannot tell you how very sorry I am to hear about your dear friend Hon... How sad... Truely sorry... I too have had the odd time where I've had to "tweak" my drinking or just make the decision to be an AFer... simple as that... I will never be where I was before...
            Tex, I can actually see you heaving yourself right off that porch !!! Oh my gosh !! If I could only be a bug on your porch for a minute... I wouldn't laugh... too loud... promise... tee !! hee !! you are soo cute !
            Tomorrow evening we are going into a little town of Bruce Mines so that my hubby can join some fellas in getting their P.A.L. It is a hunting licence for big game in Ontario. I'll be going to visit a good friend while the fellas write their test etc... Gonna tuck in... I spent most of the day with the boys in town which was alot of fun actually !!! Usually we don't get alot accomplished but this time was alot different... Night all, Hugs,

              FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!! About to go wake-up the little people and get the house moving. Zak got his glasses yesterday, very handsome. Bookbags are packed, new shoes and clothes purchased...haircuts done yesterday too. WE ARE READY! AND WE LOOK GOOD!!! HA HA So, off we go this morning. Have a good day all....

                Wow, I remember those back to school days.....whew.....it was with mixed emotions they trotted off after summer...mine and theirs....I do remember taking them, and coming home to plop down on the sofa with an extra cup of coffee, and just chill out to the Today show, then maybe a soap opera, taking a breath after the summer rush...lol...A friend is having surgery in Tyler today, so I'm getting ready to go up there.... Nibs, I think we're going to get our hay in this week after all...YEAH....the hurricane pooped out! Love each and everyone of you! Will check in this evening!

                  Right On Tex !!!!! The Lord heard my prayers out in my barn all these last days !!!! I know how desperately you need hay !!! I pray for good drying weather and that it gets safely stored away with nobody having blisters even !! giggle !! giggle !! The weather here is calling for rain.... We need it soooo badly !! My lawn is brown.

                      Hello everybody. I hope you are having a good "hump day." I'm gonna do everything in my power to go abs again for good. Just been slipping too much lately. My roommate didn't keep to his word of kicking me out if I started again. He needs the rent money. I'm gonna get some Kudzu to take with the Campral. That seemed to get me started last time. Also, I haven't gotten antibuse yet, but am strongly considering it. If I can't do this, I need to take the antibuse. I'm gonna go and read up on it now.

                        Good Stuff Morrison, I found that the Kudzu worked like a charm for me.. I would imagine that in a hitch antibuse would be a "do or die" sort of way to "white knuckle that first week or two" I hear ya .... Good luck to you... Happy Humpy Everybody !! Hugs,

                              Good Morning Everyone !!!!
                              We didn't get any rain out of that system atall... Hubby and I are calling this " the summer without rain" !!
                              Funny story, gotta laugh better than get P***ED off !! When shopping at the grocery store I saw a small 4 lb bag of potatoes for like 3.00 and they were tiny guys !! I thought , I'll just dig up some of my own potatoes because the plants are turned brown and not growing anymore.. ( I had to use soaker hoses on them..) So.. I dug and dug an 8 foot section of garden and filled a cereal bowl of marbles !!! HA!! HAA!! Not even joking ! I said to my hubby this morning while having coffee out on the deck" I think I used more potatoes as seed to start in the spring than I've harvested" !! What a year for a cruddy garden !!! Guess we'll be eating alot of rice !
                              Last night my hubby went for his PAL hunting licence while I visited at my girlfriends.... She drank BEERS and I had good old H20 and some grape juice... I enjoyed our visit alot.. Hubby got 94% on his test. ( I get to rib him because I got 98% when I wrote mine 3 year ago) tee !! heee!! So last night was a late night getting home. Hubby and our oldest son heading out to rough-in a new home on the shore of Lake Superior this morning.. Youngest son is just like Rip Van Winkle and will get up when he is hungry.
                              I've invited twinsmommy to come and join us as she is having a cruddy time with getting her Topa right etc... Hopefully she will check us out.. I'm hoping that she considers AF for a period of time... Hope everybody is having a wonderful day.. Foggy here, guess that is our form of "rain".. urrrggg .... Actually when I look outside that is kinda how my mind feels as I'm a tuckered Niblet today... ha !! ha !! Today is our neighbours mares last injection, so I'll go and see my big gentle giant belgian "Kelly".. Bye just for now, Hugs,

                                I'm happy to say that Kelly is doing soo wonderful !!!!!!!!! (the horse) I'll be in bed early tonight as I've been up until midnight for the last 2 nights and up at 7 each morning... I know I'll not get sympathy from our LuvBug.. Ha !! haaa !!
