Yep, I'm in too. Need to do another abstinent stint. Day 1 for me today.
What a great idea for a 'group' to do it together and keep and eye out for each other.
My boyfriend has just popped out to the shops asking whether I wanted a beer and I said a firm 'NO'.

I'm in, too! April 16th - day one for me. Got my supplements and started the CD's today. Really like the CD's! I should have my Topa later this week. I need to stop "waiting" for the perfect day to start my 30AF, so thank you for bringing this up!!

I will check into this thread each day - it will help me to be a bit accountable
